I wasn't too worried about Saphira anyways as I already have my hail room team set up.  That said, if the dev team is giving us Ice Beam and Earthquake before Saphira, this last stretch is probably going to be an an exercise in masochism.  I can't wait to see the amount of bullshit the dev team has pulled together to make episode 19 brutal.

I mean Ice Beam isn't even that good against Saphira right? Since both Dragon's Den and Multiscale cuts it in half, it's only super effective against like Garchomp, since I doubt she will have a Salamence or Mega Sceptile.

That's exactly my thoughts when I saw the ice beam TM. I'm quite sure her field effect will find ways to fuck us up, be it ice beam, blizzard + snowstorm or whatever we come up with

I'm pretty sure ice will not scare her considering she the strongest gym leader. If anything you might want to get dragon pokemon of your own to fight her and considering she is the last gym leader you should already have 1 or 2.

While this is something I can totally see Ame doing because she wants us all to suffer it would create some issues since the people who continued E18 would still have it.

Will terrain moves work like they used to - replacing existing terrain if possible - or will they work like they're working now in Rejuv, just stacking on top of existing terrain? If the latter is the case, Burning Rainbow is largely dead. You killed my character. I'll be very sad.

I believe they did say that the terrain moves and abilities will replace existing terrains as it has done in the past, as they didn't want to remove strategies that people had already built teams around. 

You know, i kinda got used to not having those, to the point i have no idea who can learn them.

Now my 'new game plus' with sharedbox thingy is going to make me insta complete that starter quest yay!

I mean, my hariyama is going to love earthquake, and my steelix as well. But ice beam? no idea who can learn that. Maybe I'll get a kingdra? for variety sake, a rain team maybe...

Out of curiosity, will Ice Beam be sitting there if I haven't completed the dex quest but HAVE done the 300 mon reward?  Cause that applies to me.  Just wanna make sure I'm not missing out on ol' reliable 90 BP ice coverage

I don't understand :( what do I do to get these? I have already completed the pokedex and all starters, do I have to update the game somehow?
