the forum has been upgrade to a minor new version, and the site made accessible. however, maintenance will still be intermittent and ongoing over the next several days.
we are attempting to address the slow load speeds. the site seems to be perpetually besieged by about one gorjillion bots.
expect occasional downtime. assume it's intentional.
