Here's "Protagonists can talk" for Pokemon Reborn because it has been a year since Pokemon Reborn E19 has been released. Here's the scene in Another Time :

Shelly : All right, I can take you underneath the city to where the Relic Stone should be.

Then Celebi can take both of you and the stone back to the correct time and place.

Lucia : I wish I could stay a little bit longer.

Kuro : I loved it.

Elias : I enjoed it greatly.

Elias : Seeing that Reborn's future is so very bright...

It was truly inspiring, Champion of the Future.

And my Lord, me and his own friends shall endeavor to make our future just as bright as this.

Alice : And we'll make it happen.

Shelly : With you people in it, I'm sure it will be even better.

They open their eyes, only to find out being surrounded by all their friends they encountered so far. Rivals, Gym leaders, the former and the new Elite Four ones.

Everybody say "Reborn!"

Everybody/Vero : Reborn!!!/Reborn.

 

They took a photo.

Then everyone reacted in shock about Vero who's been saying it for real.

 

Shelly : WHAT?!

Heather : Vero. Did you just say "Reborn." like that?

Alice : I heard that, too. He really did.

It shows that it's never too late for us to save him from his "Eternal Despair Syndrome".

Luna : When you return to your home, tell us that there's a way to cure Vero.

But above all, I'm requesting you to let the past me take care of him after that.

Note : Sorry for not being here at yesterday. I was playing Pokemon Desolation and the story was interesting, including side quests. To me, this post represents about completed Pokemon Reborn's anniversary.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. In the train to Route 2 where Aevia, Ariana, Axel, Ren and Venam are worried due to Melia's dissapearance :

Venam : ...

Ren : ...

Ariana : ...

Axel : ...

Aevia : Cheer up, guys... No depression needed.

Ren : Yeah, there's no reason we should just sit here all depressed.

This is an ordeal we're going through, but we can get through it.

Axel : The case while "someone" is not depressed due to having Motion Sickness.

 

They watch them as Aero has been sick since the train started moving.

 

Aero : Can't... help... it...! *BLUB*!

Ariana : Oh! Dear! God!

 

Then they went back to the topic.

 

Venam : Easier said than done. I'm literally going to scream if this train doesn't go faster.

Aero : I... would have... slapped... you...! *BLUB*!

Venam : OK! OK! Geez! Just kidding! Literally lawful you are!

Ren : So... Do we have a plan for whatever this is?

Venam : What plan do you need? Find Melia, go home.

Ren : Yeah, but...

Venam : No, you're right. We should hunt down the people responsible for this and take them out.

Aevia : Not a chance. We'll end up being criminals.

Ren : There have always been tales of kid prodigies taking down crime syndicates, but that surely can't be us.

Aero left out of the train as fast as insane they are.

 

Venam : Ok. I'm out.

 

Venam left the train, too.

 

Ren : Venam... I know you're worried, but you need to slow down.

 

Ren went after Venam.

Aevia : Shall we get going?

 

They left the train.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Desolation. Here’s the scene after Danielle defeated Connor and obtained the first badge :

Sienna faces in front of Danielle.

 

Sienna : Fight me, now. Show me your experience after obtaining the first badge.

Danielle : You can’t be serious. My team is injured.

 

Sienna heals Danielle’s team directly.

 

Danielle : Oh… Thanks?!!

Sienna : Here’s the handicap for me. I’ll use only Deino.

Danielle begins to laugh for that handicap.

 

Danielle : Don’t cry if you even lose against me.

Scarlett : I never thought about her request. What is Sienna thinking?

Ava : …

I believe it must be serious.

Chad : When she asks about a crazy challenge, it shows that she senses a behavior problem.

Diego : It makes me more worried about Danielle than Sienna.

Connor : Same.

Sienna : This is a 6v1 battle. If my Pokemon is fainted, then I accept defeat.

So bring it on, future champion.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. Not with protagonist again. Before Flora went to prison, Flora saw something that greatly shocks her as she's being played but back to gym entrance :

Florin : I'm sorry I have to do this but you literally left me no choice, Flora.

Flora : Grr...!!!

 

While the police are taking to her custody, the policewoman appears, looking at Flora, defeated and humiliated.

 

Flora : What? You got something to say?

...Wait! WHAT THE-

 

She saw the note the policewoman's holding behind her saying : "You were never a player".

It causes Flora to realize about her : It's Oria who's been fooling her around from the beginning as an double agent working for Team Xen.

She begins to have flashback about the woman who's been whatching her the entire time. Her plans. Her motivantion. Everything.

 

Flora : YOU!!!

You're the reason why Cassandra survived.

You knew the outcome of my plan. I'll make you pay for this.

 

The policewoman smiles.

 

Flora : GRRR!!!

...

Brother.

Florin : Huh? What is it? I don't want to waste the time talking to you!

 

Then Flora smiles in quiet manner.

 

Flora : I have a question to ask? Which one will you choose? To serve loyalty to Cassandra? Or to make things right?

Florin : What are you talking about?

Flora : You think you can pursuit justice so easily.

However, there are different things that you can't understand.

Florin : What?

Flora : To be lawful means to be accordance with law. But to be good means having the right quality.

So here's the one that makes you questioning about your decision?

Which path will you choose? Lawful side or good side?

The policewoman knocks out Flora to shut her up, making the police taking her to custody without slowing down.

Then policewoman left with them.

While Florin is appearing to be sulking about whatever she said.

Note : I played Pass 5 postgame of Pokemon Xenoverse. Back then, I accidentally defeated Mewtwo without catching it. But I got help. I must do beat the Champion to make it appear again. So, I did it and attempted to battle it again and this time, I finally caught it. If it weren't from that, I would have hit rock bottom much worse than @Q-Jei did. I knew I couldn't do it alone without any help. But I'm glad I finally registered everything from Pokedex and Xenodex. Last thing I have to do in Pokemon Xenoverse is to catch remaining Vintage Pokemon and evolve them in order to complete Vintagedex for good. See you tomorrow.

At this weekend, I’m not going to do "Protagonist can talk" because I can’t get over with about what happened last year during (and after) April Fools day. I was completely paranoid as that ended with me being in a part of the argument.

This time, I'm not talking about protagonists but here's another powerful Team Xen Admin member that only Madame X is able to defeat : the long blond haired woman with sunglasses named Oria. Here's the scene in Team Xen HQ (or whatever) during the beginning of chapter 13 :

Neved : I only have love for my wife. I'm just being a friend.

Nastasia : I was just kidding, don't worry. Thanks, though.

I'll keep... I'll keep your words in mind.

??? : Really?! Stop this nonsense about love!

Blargh! Disgusting!

Neved : Oh, no! Not him!

 

Trezavo came here.

 

Trezavo : Love has a color pink! And what does it means?!

It means it's for SISSIES!

Neved : Sometimes, that doesn't make any sense.

Trezavo : Shut your damn mouth at who are you speaking to! Here :

Trezavo then gives an evil laughing due to his evil pettiness, in order to screw Neved.

Nastasia : Calm down, Neved. He's provoking you.

He prepares to clench his other fist.

Oria gave the sign of order to Trezavo : release Neved from his own grasp.

 

Trezavo : As you wish.

 

Trezavo released Neved from his own grasp.

Trezavo : You were lucky this time, Neved. One day, I'll bring misfortune to your miserable daughter.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. While the protagonists have PTSD before giving the Interceptor control of their body, Aevis suffers differently. The place that he was revived happens in Grand Dream City, in The Underground :

So, don't worry.

Allow me to offer you a deal-- A contract, if you will.

Whether or not you choose to accept being the Interceptor, that is what you will be.

However, I can call someone else for help, and they'll do your duties for you.

Aevis : Do our duties... For us?

Variya : Correct, a being not from this world will inhabit your mind.

As a result, you all will sleep deeply in the subsconscious of this individual.

You will be able to put your soul to rest.

Aevis : ...

Variya : However, there is a caveat to this particular deal.

In doing this, the power the role of an Interceptor would present to you will be cut in half.

Additionally, you will lose control of your body permanently.

Even if you are to wake up again somehow, this fact will not change.

It would be equivalent of a second death. Are you OK with that?

Aevis : ...What about Crescent?

I promised to her that we'll meet again.

Variya : She will be fine. I have a feeling it will work out somehow.

This is based off data on her character. What may actually happen is up in the air.

You'll just have to take my word on this one.

But I can't accomplish anything. I will never understand my purpose.

The reality is starting to glitch causing the Interceptor to appear, controlling Aevis' body.

 

Variya : Then it is a contract. You, Lopez, have replaced #########.

What's going on?

Variya : My Interceptor. You will have no memory of this meeting.

I will edit this world to fit your existence and criteria.

Still, you will be named Aevis as requested. You can go back to your name if you wish.

So, Crescent will still call you with the same name. As that is what she knows you by from this moment on.

Variya : Exactly. You will be its saving grace.

Note : The dialogues that I made was meant as lesson for Crescent to never make the same mistake at reviving the other protagonists and that's how it worked better for the others. Yet, they blame Crescent and told that they didn't wish to be revived due to trauma of facing Storm-9. It took me hours to make this dialogue. Enjoy reading and see you in next weekend.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. During League Administration, after Erin suggested about making a trip down to the 3rd HQ with Allan and Alice, here's the dialogue :

Erin : If Genesis Syndrome is as common as it seems to be, we need to make sure Alice, Allen and I aren't sick as well.

Alain. I have a request to make.

Alain : What is this?

Erin : Ariana must be here, next time. She hasn't been well since...

Alain : The reveal of Risa the imposter! I get it!

It has been a worse reaction for Ariana.

Erin : As for you, Aevis. There's a change of plans. Come with us to 3rd HQ. You're the most important person for escort.

Therefore, both Aevia and Aero are going to retrieve Platinum component in your place.

Aero : What?

Aevia : Well, it can't be helped.

Aevis : I'm nothing special but I'm coming since you asked.

Venam : Why are you so humble? I have never seen you like that before.

Ren : There are many things that you don't need to know, Venam.

Venam : Oh, please. I hope there's nothing crazier than Genesis Syndrome that Melia is having.

Erin : That's all I have to say.

It happens to hotel from Grand Dream City, in balcony, while both Venam and Lavender are trying to run away from Nim with alias name : Lorna :

Ana (HC) : I wonder where did Venam go. I'm afraid that might happen something really bad.

 

A flying wild Pokemon appears afar from her.

 

Ana (HC) : What the- What is this? A flying serpent?

 

The flying Pokemon is approaching towards Ana.

 

Ana (HC) : Oh! A flying metallic serpent!

Wait a minute! I recognize this appearance!

 

It appears to be Miraidon.

 

Miraidon : Don.

Ana (HC) : Hey, there. How are you doing?

Miraidon : Don!!!

 

Miraidon is licking her face.

 

Ana (HC) : Whoa, there!

*laugh* *laugh*

Stop! You're tickling me!

 

Ana couldn't stop laughing because of it. A moment later, she stops laughing.

 

Ana (HC) : So? Why are you here, big buddy?

Miraidon : Mira.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. There's the battle with Alain's Infernape against Aelita's Hawlucha :

Infernape tries to counter Hawlucha with Thunder Punch, but ends being predictable as, due to Unburden ability, Hawlucha managed to dodge with increased speed.

 

Aelita : I knew this outcome. Hawlucha! Give the finishing blow to Infernape with Acrobatics!

Hawlucha : Hawl!

 

Hawlucha dealt super effective damage with Acrobatics move to Infernape. Infernape fainted.

 

Alain : Goddammit, Infernape! Not again!

Aelita : To tell you the honest response, Infernape has many powerful moves but its drawback is that its defenses aren't quite good.

Alain : I know. Using offensive tactics won't do the trick. That's why I decided Infernape to keep the move Slack Off.

But it takes many damages, causing him to miss the chance to strike back.

In other words, Infernape can't keep up with many faster and stronger ones.

Aevis : It's thanks to Gale Wings, that using Acrobatics gave Talonflame's entire body to act on its own, attacking in every point in higher speed!

Aero : Then Talonflame used Flare Blitz for the finishing blow.

Aevis : You guessed right.

Aero : *sigh*

I guess it needs for me to take 50 steps to reach you.

Aevis : You tried to defeat my Cinderace with your Swampert but it got one shotted by Cinderace's Trailblaze move.

??? (Woman) : Hawlucha! Use High Jump Kick on Swampert!

??? (Man) : Togekiss! Use Air Slash on Beheeyem!

Aelita : Beheeyem! Use Psyshock on Hawlucha!

Aero : Swampert! Destroy Beheeyem with Waterfall!

Swampert attacks Beheeyem but didn’t work due to ability Telepathy.

Swampert and Beheeyem took the hit from Hawlucha's High Jump Kick and from Togekiss Air Slash, respectively. Swampert and Beheeyem fainted.

Aero : You think I'm really stupid to fall for that super exaggerated moronic trap? Think again.

 

The illusion has dissipated, causing to both realize about the reality : Melia was fighting in Aero's place and Aero was fighting in mysterious surfer's place. The red haired woman went shocked.

Aero, Alain and Aevia went forward and witnessed the tragedy of Bladestar that went into nightmare level.

Aero aproaches near Bladestar grunt.

Then Aero found out who's the man behind this assault.

Aevia : What's going on, right now?

Ren : Did he said something that caused you to react in horror?

Aero : Yes. I know the answer behind that.

Alain : OK! But who, exactly?!

 

The moment turn into silence.

 

Aero : That person...

...is Aevis.

 

Everyone reacted in shock, again.

 

Ren/Reina/Huey : WHAT?! WHAT THE...?!

Aevia : He was here before we arrived!

Alain : And I never could imagine about what he's done for a while...

Ren : ...Guys. We have to get out of here.

Reina : Why?

Announcer : Further misconduct has been detected.

Eradication process will begin.

Alain : OH! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!

Huey : M-Maybe we should retreat for now! I don't wanna be eradicated!

 

Note : That's the scene that gets the entire fight skipped so soon. To be honest, even if there's seven deadly sins, there are also seven heavenly virtues which someone do the good deeds that might improve better their lives. See you in next weekend.

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. This might be adapted, this time. It happens after Aevia's past memories and defeating the other self (the one died after the incident with Ultra Beasts) which it occured after conversation with Crescent after she died by lava from Valor Mountain Top. Here's the scene where Aevia is gathering fragment of herself told by other Aevia, instead of Crescent :

Aevia (Origin) : You must go towards to the top of the mountain and gather your fragments that you lost.

To be whole again is the only way to make a difference in this world. That's what Crescent would tell you.

Aevia : So she knew you were here.

Aevia (Origin) : It's not a big deal. One day, I want to talk to her.

Aevia : For what?

Aevia (Origin) : I wanted to apologize to her for what I said before you appeared to take my body to take the role as the Interceptor.

Aevia : Of course, you shouldn't have.

Aevia (Origin) : However, there's one thing that we won't forget.

Even if we face Ultra Beasts that traumatized me before...

Aevia : Even if we face the opponent that we have no chance at winning...

Aevia/Aevia (Origin) : We have no choice but to move forward.

Aevia (Origin) : Good luck.

 

The other Aevia disappeared.

 

Aevia : Thank you for helping me. I wish I want to know what happens next.

 

Aevia moved forward to gather fragments one by one until the last one that is located to the right side of Valor Mountain Top.

After gathering the last one, the fragments began to merge.

 

Aevia : What is this?

 

The other Aevia appeared once again.

 

Aevia (Origin) : Hey. Need a help?

Aevia : The other me! Why did you came here?!

Aevia (Origin) : We must combine our powers to unlock the interceptor's true power.

Aevia : You're telling that you're going to merge with me?

Aevia (Origin) : True. Remember right now that you were supposed to deal with both Geara and Zetta.

We must save Melia, no matter what.

Are you ready?

Aevia : ...Yes. I'm prepared for it.

 

Both Aevia and the other self merged together causing her to transform.

It resulted successfully.

 

Aevia (Interceptor) : Whoa! I look different!

Sounds like I had a makeover!

So this is my true form. The true power of the interceptor.

 

Then Aevia realized about what's her next move and witness Melia in danger with both Geara and Zetta nearby.

 

Aevia (Interceptor) : Time for a little surprise!

 

Meanwhile.

 

Geara : Hurry up, Zetta. We don't have all day.

Zetta : Yeah, yeah... I'm configuring the teleport coordinates.

This has to be perfect, or else something may go terribly wrong.

I already gave you a lecture on this before. So why-

Geara : Just get it done.

Venam : Urgh...

 

Then Aevia realizes that Venam is starting to wake up.

 

Venam : Huh?! Who are you?!

Aevia (Interceptor) : It's me, Aevia. You may not recognize me because I got my look changed thanks to my newfound power.

Venam : Ha! Funny! I won't fall for your-

...Wait a second. I recognize that voice.

 

Realizing it, she went shocked.

 

Venam : Wha-

Aevia : Shush!

Venam : (Oh... Got it...)

 

Venam follows Aevia's orders as they prepare to face them again.

 

Venam : Hey! Over here you freaks!

Geara : Guess that annoying brat finally woke up--

 

Then when Geara is about to watch the other person, he realized that is Aevia who's standing here in front of him.

 

Geara : What the...?

Venam : Aw... Are you okay? Looks like you saw a ghost!

Melia : What...?

Who are you?

Aevia (Interceptor) : Sorry for the delay. I made you worry.

Melia : That voice...

Aevia... You're alive! But you look different!

Aevia (Interceptor) : I'll explain that later.

Zetta : That's impossible... You fell into that pit of lava!

There's... There's no way this is happening!

Aevia (Interceptor) : I agree with you on this time!

Geara : Zetta, we're going to fight back one last time!

Zetta : But we don't have much left, our Pokemon haven't recovered yet!

Geara : ZETTA!

Zetta : R-Right...

Aevia (Interceptor) : Venam. Let me take care about the rest.

It will be over in 30 seconds.

Venam : OK. Suit yourself.

Aevia (Interceptor) : You should have listened Zetta, Geara. In the end, the tables have been turned, this time.

Geara : DON'T YOU MOCK ME!

"Protagonist can talk" for Pokemon Rejuvenation. In Zeight, after Nancy told Aevia about if she dies, it will be permanent :

Mom : I'm sorry, Aevia, but that's all I can do for you at the moment.

Eventually I'll have all the info I need to assist you properly.

Aevia : ...It's OK.

Despite I messed up my life so badly, I won't let my guard down.

Mom : Before we finish our conversation, I have to tell you about the 7 Interceptor roles. The ones that you hold. They depend on their individuality :

The Starter - The Interceptor lives as a human with no supernatural abilities but everytime they die, they come back like it was nothing. However, the effect depends on Life Level. Once Life Level is extremely low, the next death will be permanent.

The Brain - The Interceptor has the power of intelligence and analysis. It causes them to analyze the people around, memorize with 0% chance of problem and reaches the IQ level similar to Alakazam. But they actually start as clueless being. They only die once because they are not linked with Life Level.

The Joker - The Interceptor role is being the weaker version of The Starter. Everytime, they encounter many misfortunes around. But they are actually useful at bluffing the opponents to gain victory. Still, not linked with Life Level.

The Heart - The Interceptor is pure, kind and the hope bringer. They give people a new purpose of their life and reach to their heart. However, the effect doesn't work on the user. Not linked with Life Level.

The Misanthrope - The Interceptor might have a heart of gold but is literally cynical, rude and abrasive, sometimes. They dislike people for malicious actions which they intend to or not. Their hatred and grudge have no limits at all, causing terrible actions no different than evil doers. Not linked with Life Level.

Aevia : So, those are the roles we have been living with.

Aero : Those roles are mostly important we must be careful about.

Alain : Sounds idiotic and boring!

Axel : WHAT?! That doesn't make any sense!

Ana (HC) : Well. Guess it mostly affects our personality.

Ariana : I believe it does.

Aevis : Can we focus?

Mom : Yes, he's right. It's not over, yet. The next one will be more disturbing than the others.

The Traitor - The Interceptor's choice of betrayal depends on who has mostly their broken heart. No matter how the allies try to prevent, the Interceptor will end turning back on them for good. Not even the people that chose the other 5 Interceptor roles will be able to completely touch the one with this role. Not linked with Life Level.

Ana (HC) : What?

Aevis : ...

Aevia : ...

Axel : ...

Ariana : ...

Alain : ...

Aero : ...

Mom : I know it sounds dark but it's what role has given.

Alain : No. That's completely impossible! I can't accept it!

Aero : So that's why Madame X and the other mysterious beings followed us to the top of Eclysia Pyramid.

Axel : So there's another traitor among us.

Ariana : Axel. Stop jumping to conclusions!

Ana (HC) : Please! Don't tell me it's true!

 

As they are arguing at each other for a long time, Aevis stops them with a single shout after that.

 

Aevis : SILENCE!

 

Suddenly, they stopped arguing.

 

Aevis : We have to worry about it, later. For now, we have to listen what Nancy said.

Mom : Actually, there's one more role. The most powerful one. It's called :

The Gifted

Aevia/Axel/Ariana/Alain/Aero : HAAAA?!!!

Mom : However, I'm not going to tell you. Not right now.

Aevia/Axel/Ariana/Alain/Aero : AWWW!!!

Aevis : That's too bad.

Mom : Please, everyone. Take this data file. This has everything you need to wake Adrest up.

Note : I have many things to explain :

First : Eviolite has become more useful for Pokemon with new evolutions from Paldea. And ironically, it also works on Stantler and Ursaring, despite that they can't achieve evolution.

Second : Pokemon Xenoverse location called Pink Pathway has already the last event before Pass 5. After Pass 5, I think Pokemon Xenoverse's developpment will end just like Pokemon Reborn.

Third : Some Pokemon has competitive style to the level of Ubers, even if ranked to OU/UU, instead of the former. Even Skeledirge plays better on defensive style, which that's its own forte.

Fourth : In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, I think Burn Up move will be more used than Flamethrower, Fire Blast and Overheat (thanks to Terastal Phenomenon) in case of three Pokemon : Johtonian Typhlosion, Moltres and Coalossal.
