Will files transfer between different computers? I'm getting a windows PC soon, so I don't know if I should just use the windows version on my Mac for now (with wine) or if using the Mac one is okay

Executable files made for Mac look very different, to computers, for executable files made for Windows.

Your save files should copy over just fine.

Hi, I'm having a little trouble opening the Mac version. I moved the extracted file into my Applications folder and I can't seem to get the game to run. I've attached he error message I get.

For reference I'm running macOS 11.4 (Big Sur) on an M1 MacBook Air. 

Sorry in advance if I'm doing something stupid.

Your save files should copy over just fine.

As long as my save does than I'm not too worried. But people seem to be having trouble with the Mac version, so I'll just get the windows for now. It's getting set up very soon anyway (thank you)

Just download the new update and start the game from there.  As long as you load up the game in the places you're supposed to be you'll be playing on v13.  You can always load up the game from your v12 folder to make sure you're in a good place to load up the game from your v13 folder.

Where do you go to start the new content?

Whoo hoo! Been waiting to start this due to the update having gen 8 mons (presumably changing up even the start of the game because of this). Time to finally crack it open and get playing!

I have 2 game files to resume now, so double the -torture- , ahem, fun for me >:D

After the update, my controls were reverted back to the default and i no longer see an option to rebind the controls. Is there a way in V13 to change the controls?

Game - 2381 - Pedro - 134h 8m - 14 badges.rxdata  The game works fine the first time but whenever i close it or try to change the screen size it crashes and remains crashed

If you hit F1, it'll bring up a control rebind menu

Anyone having an issue with loading up the game on Mac? Theres a script that comes up when I try to choose my trainer or when I want to view the prologue that shuts down the game. I dunno what's going on.

New version is looking amazing so far, although from what i have seen thus far the game still suffers from the lack of inclusion of the cleveland rapper dababy. I can still hope for changes to come in regards to that in V14. Until then, incredible work.

I'm thinking that someone will complete this playthrough to 100%. I don't want to screw up my playthrough because of the item locations, relationship points, sidequests and side stories. So I'll wait for that, too. I already downloaded that game but I realized earlier that it's too soon for me to play. No offense.

Hey, I can't speed up the game with M or alt and I can't use Pup and Pdown with Q and W. Am I doing something wrong ?

Alt works for registering an item tho

Assuming you're on Windows, that's a known issue.  Take a look at the post "v13 and MKXP" from the dev blog a few days ago; it discusses the cause and possible fixes for the bug.

I cant open the mac version, it says that the file is damaged, and using wine on the windows version doesn't work either

just download it as is. The game uses the same save's as the previous version. load up version 12 first and save in a safe location and then play the exe. from this one!

Yup I don't see any options to bind speed up, but I managed to find PG UP(L) and PG DOWN(R) thanks to you

Yeah I don't know about the speed up bind.  Someone else will have to help you with that.

Okay I'm deciphering each button, but I gotta say this has nothing to do with either a handheld nor the v12 controls.

C is accept/select action

B is back/exit/refuse or open menu action

X is auto-sort inventory (dunno if it has more uses)

Y is toggle auto-run

Z is quick save

M is toggle fast-forward (and it can't be changed...? I don't see it in the controls)

L/M are to make skips in inventory (dunno if they have more uses)

And A, I have no idea what it's used for.

Oh and I also don't know what Q/W are used for.

So, when's v14 coming u--

So I've been playing Rejuvenation through Porting Kit. For some reason, I could not get it to run just regularly on my Mac. I've downloaded the V13 file, but can't get it to run. Sorry to ask, but can anyone help me? I'm not good with tech and I'm honestly really confused.

None of my Pokemon are making noises. Everything got extracted properly, I didn't forget to copy+paste anything.

EDIT: Improper wording - they DO make noise, but only when BGM Volume is enabled. v12 (at least as far as I remember) didn't require BGM to be enabled for Pokecries.

Hey fellow mac users idk if this will help but I was having trouble opening the game due to it saying it was damaged. To bypass this make sure that under security and privacy, in system preferences, you allow apps downloaded from anywhere. This allowed me to run the game.

For the Mac port I think we might need a patch guys, the app won't open because of native coding/script errors. Save your file in the gearen lab on v12 and then play v13 after that. If you want to start a new game we most likely gotta wait for now.

Will the PBS folder be released at some point?
