I think I know what this is, but other people maybe haven't realised yet what it actually is. I think that this photo is the INTERIOR of Axis High University. If you recall, we have not seen the interior (closed due to final exams), we have only seen the outside of the building from the Festival of Dreams. Also paired with Jan giving his location that way, it hints at some of the events taking place inside the university in V13. I'm guessing the version will have up to... 15th badges, I think. Don't know what's currently on. It's been 2 years. Just saw that someone had lvl 85 pokes. Spoiler Well, her dialogue with Cera after unfreezing her hinted at a comeback, so yeah, it is the most likely scenario. I think we can safely assume one of the remaining Rifts is Regice, but what would the other one be? I'm personally tempted to guess Registeel, but I feel like they're going to save the last Rift for the endgame, meaning it could be something else. What do you guys think? Oh, and another thing I'd like to bring up, I was looking through the TM list for Gen 8, and I noticed that the only entirely new move that was made a TM was Breaking Swipe. Will Breaking Swipe be a TM in Rejuvenation, or will we be able to access it by some other means? Not trying to pester or anything, I just thought I should mention it.
