    I think you need 8 badges or higher to get Rockruff, and it is a rarer encounter, so you'll need to reset the den a lot.

    Gen 1-7 Pokemon have their Gen 7 moveset, but if their Gen 8 movesets have any new moves (ie. Dragon Breath on Charmander), it is added to the learning pool. Basically, you get the best of both worlds.

    I can't remember the whole spread, but Normal Ae-Parasect has 5 less HP, but Zombie has considerably lower defenses, 130 Atk and 105 Spe.

    Grookey is kind of ass in the Keta-Marianette stretch, but when you get Rillaboom, the pain train never stops.

    Yeah Cursed Body might be the best bet against her. I've only played Normal Mode, so I don't know if she just have infinity PP in Intense.

    Decimation has exactly 20PP, and Quick Guard has 15, so either find another Quick Guarder or use Talonflame to shave off 16PP, use 2 Pressure mons to shave off the other 4 and use a Donphan with Endearvor to lower Yvetal's HP. Or at least that's how Normal Mode's Yvetal fight goes.

    It's been like this for a while iirc - the move relearner won't be available until you finish the "???" Kristilline help quest.

    Galarian Meowth is bugged atm I believe Galarian Yamask evolve by level (34-ish? Somewhere below the current cap)

    3rd Gym I think I got by fine with an Pikachu outspeeding and Paralysing it before it can Hypnotise me, and killing with Thwackey afterwards. Or if you have a Carkoal, it resists all of Stantler's attacks. 4th Gym, the easiest way to deal with Drifblim is a Strong Jaw Boltund with Crunch and an Awakening.

    Swords Dance, Leaf Blade, X-Scissors and Sticky Web I think. Leavanny doesn't have the most expansive movepool, but Sticky Web and Swords Dance is already really strong against a lot of enemies.

    I think starting from Charlotte, enemies have perfect or at least decently trained EV spreads

    Your best bet here is getting a good Flying type - Swoobat from the sewers should do the trick. Poison Types are also pretty good here - Trubbish is always amazing and can provide Toxic Spikes for later shenanigans.
