yea Earthquake and Ice Punch are both great moves on metagross

His lead heracross is choice scarfed, so if you can bait it into a bug move, you can then switch to blaziken which should be hardly scratched by it, then set bulk ups, heal as needed, and sweep with massive attack/defence/speed boosts. from memory you can just walk around her and then go through the rift to exit.

yea I'm not entirely sure what to do there, but I'll have a tinker. the problem seems to be that they kinda need whites, but don't normally have them due to the white skin I guess the alternatice is something like this:

Here, have a purple Carnivine (loosely inspired by pvz chomper) Also tried a Christmas Shaymin, but not sure how happy with it I am, so feedback would be appreciated.

I'm relinquishing my claim on Arceus to Korvpizza because their ones look amazing. (also I'm starting Uni in a week so I probably wouldn't have had lots of time anyway) I'll keep shaymin though and maybe claim something simpler like carnevine.

We have suffered two great losses today. Doggle and Seans golden locks will be missed dearly. I worry that this playthrough will be a short one. But maybe I just lack faith (and skill) Uh also was I on an old version, or are you? because I don't remember amethyst grotto looking like that... -

basically after you beat the 4th gym, to get to the next area you'll go through a place called wispy ruins. in there there will be a bunch more doors with numbers on them. these are opened by interacting with the pillars that have the same number of dots on them, which also requires the corresponding number of badges. so find the pillar with 4 dots on it and that should open that door up, then head back behind the waterfall to get in.

It could be interesting if movesets were changeable like abilities and items etc currently are, so just the team of Pokemon was set. It just sorta feels like it somewhat discourages gimmicks and other random left-field stuff becuase much of that gains a lot of effectiveness with the element of surprise by not being what people expect and therefore not countering it

I don't know if they actually actively look at them, but I don't like the idea of leaders looking at trainers cards, it seems to weigh the fight in their favor immediately, and makes any sort of surprise coverage moves or gimmicks significantly less useful because they know what you have and can play around it, and similarly they don't have to worry about things that are common on certain pokemon if they know yours doesn't have it. Other things include knowing whether mixed pokemon are physically or specially focused to wall them better, changing certain items out to protect against specific things and getting a better idea which format the challengers team is more suited to, and targeting their weakness.

Lol I should probably register soon. I didn't realize you could reregister and was kinda stressing out because I thought you were locked into that team for the entire season, even if you got completely stuck. granted, now that I've actually found out, there's a 2 week limit on it.... but whatever. still would like a bit of feedback with someone from actual experience who has maybe fought some leaders already (team I've been planning on is at the bottom of page 5 of rate-my-team)

I really like a lot of the gym leaders and their stories, but Seems to be the one I'm drawn to the most.
