I'm so tough, I only cried a little bit when I beat EoS the 4th time.

Oof that fire stone hurts..... also prepare your butt for a double dose of bullshit, (well, more of a main course and a side dish)

From memory her name is mentioned to be Anju, and her existence adds a whole bunch of interesting depth and theorising potential to the church of theolia faction which is awesome but it also does my head in sometimes.

Is this what death feels like?
swallowing feels like I have a pineapple in my throat and my arms ache for a good 5 mins everytime I sneeze...

[Art: Spriting/Feedback] Recolored Cal
Dreamy replied to Daniel Blackworth's topic in Creative Works
main thing that sticks out to me is how vivid the colours are. looks like he's wearing some kind of jumpsuit with the blue and orange, and his hair appears to be soaked in glowstick fluid. -
I might have a go too, and regular reborn appears to be missing custom shinies for the scolipede line too (as well as a couple other gen 5 things) so if they're both good, maybe Ame could have one too? edit: here's a load of quick mockups with different colours. (many seem to work well)

Sorry if it's not my place to post this, but if you want an example of what the good people above me have said, maybe something like this? (though it does seem a slight shame to have the body and the eyeshadow part be almost the same colour) The easiest way to match the shading on a base sprite is to use a program which allows you to select all pixels of a certain colour, and then replace those with another colour.

Calm mind is nice on gardevoir, and misty terrain can come in very handy if this is in reborn.

I think the orange and black is definitely my favourite here. also reborn's is blue anyway.

Here's backs for our boys in black, with slight edits to scraggy and a female variant if you can/would want to add shiny gender variants for a pokemon that doesn't have them normally

For the grey joltik/galvantula, maybe try making the black claws and fluff a brighter colour and/or colouring the light grey on the back. Orange like a tarantula could work, or google pink-toed tarantula

Honestly I can see why you're having trouble. Purrloins natural sprite has very little shading. because it's such a block colour, you probably have to use a slightly darker and more muted colour. maybe something like this?

So when claiming kyurem, I kinda forgot that included black and white... but that's ok. black kyurem is nasty to sprite though. here's my attempt (used reshiram and zekrom colours from those earlier in the thread) EDIT: Ok these took a while, and not sure they turned out amazingly, but I really like the concept and I think you guys will to. without further ado, introducing Team Skull Grunt Scraggy and YA BOI SCRAFTY

Here's Bisharp and matching Pawniard with new body colour and backsprites. I can now officially have claimed Karrablast, Escavalier, Shelmet and Accelgor I've already pretty much done Escavaliers Half, but I'll probably upload them together. (and sorry, It's probably gonna be more black) BTW shouldn't Eelektross line be marked as completed now? EDIT: In my spur of motivation, I did frontsprites. with 2 options for Accelgor EDIT 2: EDIT HARDER Backsprites! (for both accelgor options too) Not much left unclaimed, but I guess I'll take Kyurem and Scraggy/Scrafty if these are all ok.

Uhhhh.... I guess I'll just keep making Bisharps until we find one we like. The green can go but I quite like the white for now, so how about something like this? (the purple can easily be swapped for any other colour)

Here's Eelektross and family with backsprites. may still try some other colours later (something with green?) New Iterations of Bisharp. I guess I'll take Escavalier (and Accelgor once I finish Bisharp and have claim room)

I thought it was 70/8192, so a bit less than 1%, but magnitudes higher than normal games.

Here are some sparkly eels. I think there are many colour schemes that can look good here with the black bodies, so I may try some other ones later. EDIT: also made a Bisharp draft with Gallade colours (one swordsman to another of something) but honestly not sure it looks that great. feedback appreciated
