For Rejuv this will likely only be in the endgame/final version, according to my patchy memories of the word of @Jan. Same here, though I'm more excited about new story, and refreshing myself on the existing stuff while hopefully picking up some more subtle details due to future knowledge and being able to answer a few of my many questions and make slightly more cohesive headtheories.

Oh I didn't know that, that's interesting! I'm guessing there's no real evidence about how long ago that was vs. the age difference between the Lin from the orphanage and the current Lin that we know. if it matched up, maybe there isn't actually any wierd time stuff with Lin and she just aged normally. Maybe because we've been such an annoyance to Team Meteor, she has some kind of special hell planned for us, and doesn't want us kicking the bucket before that, and/or part of that plan is making us watch the people around us suffer first. I'm fairly sure it's been confirmed in game, though I don't remember how directly. I believe the screen in the back room of the abandoned power plant (with rotom) shows her, and I don't remember if it's in game or on the forums, but it is known that Sigmunds main reason for using shock 'therapy' is because his sister died at a young age and he believes the treatment might've saved her (who knows if it actually would've) but it wasn't allowed to be used at the time. The 1 hour in the Citae being ~10 years outside is relatively OK, with the exception of the keys still with out time down there, however in the original post, you said the reverse of this, with 1 hour in Reborn being 10 years in the Citae (I assume you meant as how Lin got older). I also think it's possible that time is actually completely frozen down there, and the hour/morning that Adrienn mentioned is just made up of the time before xe was frozen, and the time between things being unfrozen in the present and xem meeting El/'Gardevoir'. I don't remember a particular topic about the young Lin thing, It was just something floating around but I don't think there was a lot of evidence (an unused sprite in an old version, a bit of stuff from the online league)

I think I remember Jan saying multiplayer won't be in V9 (pretty sure it was either said it would probably be in the final version, or the postgame, but don't remember which)

I also don't remember any of this dialogue from Laura about Lin in the orphanage. I got the impression that peoples memories of the younger Lin have been messed with. - I believe in the part with sigmunds muttering, the name he said was Elizabeth, his sister who died at a young age. - I've not really seen anything that would suggest a connection between Citae Arc-d'Astrae and Jirachi - It's very much "not safe to assume that 1 hour in reborn equals to 10 years in that place." because otherwise Adrienn would be at least 87,600 years old. quite the opposite is strongly suggested (time is frozen down there unless someone with one of the keys enters) - That said, Lin has likely undergone some kind of time/space fuckery, possibly related to that place, but the popular theory of the result of that seems to be that there is both a Young Lin and an Older Lin now running around. - We've already seen that the scenes we were shown in shades gym don't necessarily correlate to death, like with Amaria (thank goodness). However it is possible that (Older) Lin will die near the end of the story. that death looked quite supernatural in origin (maybe an angry Arceus?)

I feel like a lot of fields in reborn/rejuvenation will have legendary signature move interaction because it makes sense and for potential postgame content and online battling. Still definitely possible that it will be relevant in the story though. Rejuvenation legendaries seem a bit more active than the Reborn ones for the time being.

Not sure if I've ever seen this confirmed or denied before, but will V9 have the QoL features of Reborn E16 such as the speedup button and the new move animations?

I think you need to download and apply the pre-florina hchq patch from in the OP. It's a bug.

I second this, and I did much less work than you so hats off. It's been a great adventure doing this with you guys (When I restart for V9, I'm considering asking for someone to add a shiny charm to my save so I can see as many of these as possible as I play through after we've all worked on these together.)

Woobat has very nice typing for the first two gyms, espurr is always solid if you can be bothered grinding the game corner. growlithe is another nice fire type. ducklett is fairly solid in the earlygame. I found Misdreavus a bit hard to use in rejuv because early on its movepool is pretty terrible, and then you don't get an eviolite or early enough dusk stone to keep it strong enough. if you have a free team slot early on it has some useful utility with confusion and such though. All of the ones I mentioned should be available before/around the first gym. other than that just explore as you go and find things I guess. I'd recommend doing all of the help centre quests as you go because you get some nice items and pokemon from them. oh and after you have 4 badges you can find phantump, then breed it and trade the egg for this games mystery egg which will usually be pretty good.

Still looks like there's a bit of dark green/blue outlining areas that are orange/brown, so I tried to give them a quick touch up for you =). also is it just me or is the back of Araquanid missing some of the orange shown on the front?

I don't mind fields being heavily favored towards the gym leader: they're an AI with a set team that's restricted to a monotype, you're a human who can adapt their team and strategy over multiple attempts. they need what advantages they can get. However one of my favorite thing with the fields is the transformations between different ones based on certain moves used (and a new field is much better than just removing one) and I wish there were a wider variety of transformations and more interconnections so that the field could go through a large spectrum of different environments over the course of a long battle. Even if it didn't work very well against me, when I saw Adrienn's strategy of blowing away the mist with tailwind to reveal the fairy tale field to boost Mawile more, I just thought that was a really awesome strategy. The mirror field is also conceptually one of my favorite fields because it actually feels like it's altering the battle mechanics and changing the way you fight, rather than just boosting some stuff. I still like the simpler and less interactive ones though.

This is probably related to how lots of people related to the orphanage find her/her name familiar, but can't quite place it (possibly some kind of magical memory muddling?) With Shades statement in the treatment plant, could it be implying that we prevented Amaria's death (thank goodness) and in doing so also inadvertently prevented Lin's death from happening in the future?

I got sandile, and moxie krookadile is pretty bonkers. I just recently phased him out because I used him in my original normal playthrough and wanted to try new things so I now have honchkrow and flygon instead. still got that moxie though. also the weather being broken is for overworld stuff, so that shouldn't affect any sort of weather-based teams? or are you meaning for finding certain pokemon?
