And Is it possible to obtain a Flame Orb? I have a Obstagoon with Guts just dying to get one..

You can recover the code in GDC at the police station, at the lost & found room. Any important and unique items that you forgot to pick up in temporary areas can be recovered there.

Well I don't quite have access to that on this save yet, but will check it out when the time comes. I didn't really care that much just something I thought to mention.

On patch 13.03 (which I didn't include yet) the code will be by the entrance stairs probably before/after the fight happens, didn't check in both instances. So if you have the latest patch up, you can go back there and check if you can pick them up. Also if you fail to pick them up they will be available at GDC police station at the lost and found section as stated in the guide as well.
