Laver Attacks Samantha, Healing her for 1d6+16 Health!

--

Dackly Whips Out Her Crackpot Shouting "Hey guys, any of the Dragon Tooth Skeletons you get into this pot will be slaughtered without fail!"

The metal card folds out into a crackpot that easily dwarfs Dackly in height and width, plopping down as a metaphorical Basketball hoop of gargantuan proportions to shovel skeletons into.

Jade O'Duffle 43/45 5/6 Basic Rounds

Jade notices the crimson link between his gun and Wyvis. He turns back and speaks, "I don't really know what you're doing there pardner, but I won't ask." He speaks before getting a bit closer to the second warrior group and unleashing a flurry of bullets from his gun

Fan the Hammer on Warrior Group B

Hayle Aster 49/51

Hayle pants a bit after unleashing all that ice magic. Doing that always took a lot of energy out of her. After catching her breath she notices Dackly getting swarmed by three of the skeletons. "Oh no! Dackly, hold on! I'm coming to help you!" She calls out to her friend before raising her staff in the air sending a breeze infused with healing magic towards the snake woman to fix up some of the damage she took.

Isobel Low and LOTUS

Isobel clenched her teeth as she received a gash up her arm and an arrow nicked her cheek, and drew in breath with a hiss. "Ah, God, that one isn't fun. Well, others have it way worse..." Nonetheless she pursed her lips, kind of raised her fists, and stayed bouncing and light on her feet. "Fuck the archers, they're not a pressing threat right now -- we're going to have to deal with them sooner or later, but right now they're the least dangerous! Deal with the animal-like ones, having to deal with them will NOT be sustainable, just gun them down as fast as is possible. You, Shouty! Bit of advice, don't let up, with those things around it's going to be necessary to have whatever advantage you're providing right now, because this is the craziest part of the battle! Don't be afraid to unleash firepower!"

Efficiency Analysis on Atton!

Navin Mhasalkar

An arrow thudded against Navin's armor plate, and didn't much bother him -- and the reason it didn't is because he was watching the battle closely, noting the state of it with displeasure, and how his teammates here were getting gouged and slashed, especially the younger hero he'd talked to Samantha. He had to help lest these creatures take her, or any of the others that they were mauling, down. "How about you not get too focused on them, ah? Take it up with me, and see how you deal with this!" Normally, Navin would have immediately started with his war-honed anti-armor technique, but another one of his teammates had cast some sort of spell on him, and he could feel the flow of his energy through him advanced, strengthened -- he could afford to bring down the same cluster of explosions. "Hyah!" Again his fists moved, but this time with notably louder POPs.

Edmond

After the first assault, Edmond lauched himself into the air. The beasts on the ground seemed to be the most troublesome, and the arrows of the archers had clattered off him suit harmlessly. So, he began to arc across the sky, strafing the group of archers again.

Weld on Dragon Tooth Archer B: 2d6+INT=2d6+18 damage, and addes 3d6+18 damage to the next strike against them.

Liliya

Liliya nearly dropped her knife when she suddenly saw the electric arcs running up and down the blade. However, it didn't hurt her, so she charged in at the group that seemed to be causing the most damage, the Dragon Tooth Beasts.

Liliya uses punishment on the Dragon Tooth Beasts. Does a basic attackx2 damage if the enemy inflicted a status last round. 2x(3d6+DEX)=2x(3d6+10), with a 10% chance to crit.

Seeing her shot take effect filled Halley with confidence. Despite the insignificant damage she dealt, she did manage to prevent some of the archers from firing. She turned her attention to the horde of warriors and fired a paralyzing shot at them.

Aurora 42/42; +8 Res; Bleed Status

Goddess Mode

After the initial volley of pitiful attacks, Aurora simply laughed at the skellington warriors. That was before however, the damn beast fell upon them, clawing and mauling like the many vermin the resembled in basic structure. Though their claws did absolutely nothing when they met with the hard chitin covering most of her figure, a few of them seemed to catch on and instead struck at her actual flesh. She hissed more in contempt than out of actual pain, as they managed to cut a thin swath across her belly, tearing her robes, but failing to draw any blood... immediately, at least.

Aurora heals herself and Hiroki with Star Sign: Virgo, healing [1d4+(Syn((10))*1.25-->1d4+12] on both of them and Curing them of their Bleed Status

Spoiler

Starsign: Virgo- level 4 [Restore 1d4+(Syn*1.25) Health & Cure one ailment each on up to 2 targets]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tama Vajra 51/51; +10 Res, +1 Syn

Seeing the weakened group of bowmen, the Tiger pounced like the predator he so heavily resembled. With a high leap, he somersaulted backwards from the force of his own blast, as a torrent of explosive lightning rained down upon the unit, tearing up and scorching the earth where it landed. He landed with an authoritative roar that echoed across the battlefield, as if challenging any and all bold enough to face him. Thunder and Darkness cloaked his otherworldly form, like a silent storm brewing high in the heavens.

Tama uses Storm Fury on Dragon Tooth Archer B, dealing a full-powered basic attack [11d4, lightning-based] ignoring the target's Res

Spoiler

Storm Fury: Level 2- [Deals a basic attack at 100% damage, ignoring Res.]

Walmond

Just when it seemed like his allies were making some headway, the enemy began to... Well, fight back. He himself wasn't in much of a bad spot, thanks to choosing to assist from a distance. The only real threat to him was when the entire archer line of skeletons began firing at random, forcing Walmond to step back and to the side to avoid a good number of shots, one managing to slip right by while cutting through both his cloak and a little bit of his shoulder. Not enough to really cause any lasting harm, but enough to get him moving again.

Once Walmond stopped moving, he held out both hands, a bright green light eminating from both the second he snapped his fingers. Then, quickly afterwards, he brought them above his head, and then slammed both hands into the floor, causing bright green lines to travel through the ground towards the group and, out of pure luck, towards Dackly, Lexiel, Morgan, and Isobel, the lines stopping at each and causing another green light to erupt from the ground for a few seconds before fading away, the lights managing to heal a bit of their wounds.

Walmond uses Healing Field on Dackly, Lexiel, Morgan, and Isobel, healing each for (2d4+8)

Lambda, on the other hand, manages to finally reach the main party after shrugging off several arrows from enemy archers. They managed to get a few hits in while her arms were still transforming, but that didn't matter. What DID matter was actually assisting allied forces. So, when she reached the group, she immediately put herself in front of three of the beasts that were attacking, arms raised to protect her entire body while giving her the ability to silently glare at all three from barely visible eyes.

Lambda uses Threaten the Enemy on three beasts. 5 turns remaining for Defensive Modifications.

Wyvis Ivenson [43/51 HP, 15/90 Blood]

"Tch, heavy on both sides - these dragon beasts are quite the challenge! They are yet to best us, keep up the good fight!" Wyvis shouted as he scanned over the large scale battlefield. "Careful! All who require healing should shout loud and clear so healers can hear you!"

He answered Jade, "Keep up the pressure, fellow warrior - this link will be an asset in the future!'

[Power Bond on Jade, increasing DEX and RES by 6 for 2 turns.]

Melina Whitewood [81/83 HP]

Melina grumbled a little as the shield broke already. "I would'a thought that would last!"

She quickens her pace as she sees people dropping off left and right. "Betta get to work - Hey, fancy archer! Snake lady! Gold-eyed lady over there too! Ain't dyin now! Git back up!"

Friedhold[37/45] seeing the others turn their attention away from the warriors decided that someone needed to keep an eye on them and thus unleashed a swarm of furious bee on the largest horde of warriors.

Friedhold uses "Insect Swarm II" on the largest group of warriors dealing 2d4 pure damage each turn for the next 8 turns, cost 10 Eve(5/20).

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Morgan[41/60] noted the group of beasts as the greatest threat and so executed his attack on them.
Morgan uses "Teleport Splicer" on the DT:Beasts dealing (2d10+8)*2.5 damage.
Nessie 51/51HP, Monstrous Strength (2 strikes)
Nessie continued concentrating. The battle raged around her, but even were she attacked it would not be time to act yet. She blocked it out, she needed focus and time to build her strength. She pushed more energy into her sword, causing it to glow with dark energy.
Nessie uses Shadow Lash, buffing her next basic attack to pierce RES
Samantha wreathes herself in purging flames, healing for [21->only 2 damage taken->2 hp!] A weak wave of flames washes over the skeletons harmlessly.
Lexiel summons some delicious, barbecue-soaked goblins (discussed in Discord)! Her aura heals Venus, Kino, and Dackly for 3 each - or is it the savory odor of the sauce coating the goblins?
Solomon continues his abuse of all things book bordering on obscene, blasting the beasts with a barrage of them for [50] damage! Two of them are bludgeoned to pieces.
Atton seals shut some of Solomon and Samantha's bleeding wounds.
Dackly whips out her crackpot! Gozer shields her during this process.
Laver smacks Samantha over the head with a healing strike for a whopping [0] health healed! He swears he can hear a trombone somewhere.
Bridget prepares to befriend the shit out of the evil dragon skeleton things.
Jade fires his gun [7->5 rounds left->5] times in quick succession, dealing a total of [0] damage as the shots ping harmlessly off of the tough material of the warriors.
Hayle infuses Dackly with a pleasantly chill sensation, healing her for [18] HP.
Empi places a delayed curse on the third group of skeletons.
Sachi attacks the second group of sword-wielding skeletons for [5] damage. Hikari follows up for [7] damage.
LOTUS helps Atton be more efficient and reduces his cooldown, allowing him to heal again next round.
Navin unleases another series of explosive punches at the beasts, dealing a total of [76] damage to the beasts! Three more of them become naught but dust and chips.
Edmond welds an archer for [9] damage! The current arcs for another 25, blasting it to pieces. The next hit will deal [16] more damage!
Liliya punishes the beasts for bleeding her teammates, dealing a total of [62] damage! Two of them fall apart and cease moving.
Halley strikes the magical warriors with a paralytic blast, reducing their strength and ability to move efficiently.
Aurora heals herself and Hiroki with astral light for [2] HP, and seals some of the wounds on each.
Tama Vajra blasts the archers with lightning for a total of [55] damage with Edmond's assistance, blowing two of them to bits!
Walmond heals three of his allies for [11] HP.
Lambda taunts the beasts into striking her over her allies.
Wyvis donates some of his power to Jade, increasing his DEX and RES.
Melina heals and reinvigorates Venus, Dackly, and Mitsurugi, increasing their HP by 10 and lowering their cooldowns by 1.
Ritsu does more chainsawing on the beasts for [11] damage, cutting one of them apart.
Venus's bomb explodes for [24*10] damage, blasting eight of the things apart! He fires another shot into them for good measure and [17] damage, knocking another over. This shot somehow heals him for 6 HP. Hikari follows up for [7] more damage.
Hikari heals Mitsurugi for [24] health.
Victoria quickly fires her weapon twice. The second shot goes wild, but the first lands for [8] damage, blowing apart another beast.
Friedhold sends a stinging, biting swarm to inflict [5] pure damage a turn for 8 turns on the horde of melee skeletons.
Morgan uses his Teleport Splicer, dealing [40] damage to the mass of beasts! One more bites the dust.
Nessie continues charging.
Magna and Soryn just sorta stand there, I guess.
Magna would have gotten a strange look from Hiroki if it wasn't for her being distracted by having her armor perforated - an experience she was not used to and likely would not come to like any time soon. She started to swing about wildly at the beasts, cannon slamming into their bones for [9] damage and [Success] sending them reeling, unable to retaliate against her or the rest of the party.
Mitsurugi, for her part, simply shakes her head at Empi's battlefield commentary. How did that woman get here, anyway? She didn't seem to be much of a warrior - but that didn't matter right now. She could feel the energy of the storm beginning to gather within her. With one hand, she made a sudden lifting gesture, blasting the group of skeletons around her before she dove in with her blade for [21] damage; she made a second pass, trailing more bursts of flame for [22] damage.
The lone skeleton of the first group, battered and quite literally on his last leg and unable to reach the delicious goblins, limps forward and swings at Hayle for [8] damage.
The skeletons of the second group are drawn off by the brief distraction of stabbing two hapless, yet delicious-smelling goblins to death.
All of the skeletons in the third group, in the process of running at the goblins, somehow manage to find themselves in Dackly's Crackpot.
Seven of the horde suffer a similar fate, inexplicably leaping into the pot as they clamber over one another to reach the now-dead goblins. The rest, no longer distracted, strike at their foes; three leap at Jade for [30] total damage, three target Friedhold for [3] damage, three hit Edmond for [6], more slash at Mitsurugi for [11] damage, another trio hits Liliya for [15], and the remaining two hit Bridgett for [7].
Eight of the archers line up a volley. They release their arrows at Hayle, riddling her with arrows for a total of [35] damage. Three take aim at Mitsurugi for [20] total damage, two shoot at Hiroki for [0], and the last two shoot Friedhold for [5] damage.
THe beasts are all too distracted gnawing uselessly at Lambda or reeling from Hiroki's counter to attack.
Samantha takes 15 bleeding damage. Aurora takes 10 bleeding damage. Solomon takes 5 bleeding damage. Hiroki takes 10 bleeding damage.
It sounds like there's more than just the enemies present approaching; what sounds like footsteps and more rattling echoes from somewhere nearby. Somewhat more worryingly, a pinkish, barely-visible haze begins to creep onto the field. . .
Solomon
Solomon does his best to ignore the fact that he is bleeding for now by summoning some more books from the sky to strike at the remaining beasts. After making sure that enough Raul Julia autobiographies has been used to maim a particular beast he tries to politely say "Requesting medical assistance!".
Solomon uses his Basic Attack on the Dragon's Tooth Warrior horde. Syn used instead of Strength.
Atton
Atton continues to try and boost the morale of the assembled troops by pointing directly at the woman from earlier and shouting out "Stop overreacting! It's just a flesh wound, not even the damned Krauts would be that cowardly!".
He charges out of his cover towards the mech suit pilot from earlier, who seemed to be bleeding plasma from her suit, and he did to her walking tank what many engineers specifically told him to not do to the expensive prototypes. That is to say that he kicked it to get its pilot's attention before saying "What? Your fancy walking tank can't handle a little foreplay?" .
Edmond:
From his vantage point in the air, Edmond did catch sight of the rolling bank of fog. Before he swooped in next he stared for a moment at it, specifically looking to see if it affected any of the dragon warriors, and then searching for the origin of the footsteps, if he could find it. After seeing what he could, he turned his attention back to the archers, who seemed to have picked up the pace.
Edmond uses weld on the Dragon Tooth Archers: 2d6+INT=2d6+18 damage, and addes 3d6+18 damage to the next strike against them.
Liliya:
"Shit." This was the first time that she had actually been hit with an attack. That's what came, she supposed, from using on the minimum of forsight to determine if she would live or die.
Liliya uses her basic attack on the Dragon Tooth Beasts. 3d6+DEX=3d6+10, with a 10% chance to crit. If she would get hit this turn though, she sacrifices her attack in order to dodge. (Perk: See the Future)
Well, there was certainly no harm being brought his way, unlike last time where he nearly became a pincushion for arrows. But, with him not exactly being threatened, that meant he could stay where he was. Right now his allies seemed to need a healer, and while there were others, he needed to fit that role right now as well.
Which is what he was going to do.
Walmond uses Healing Field on Kino, Jade, Tama Vajra, and Solomon for (2d4+8).
Lambda didn't exactly mind the fact that three beasts were now busy gnawing on her shields. Considering that was what she wanted them to do, get distracted from allied forces, it was to be expected. But, she still had to do some work, and right now, that was preparing to counterattack herself.
And with that, the beasts specifically could begin hearing something happening underneath Lambda's shields. Specifically, the charging of electricity.
Lambda uses Electrical Charge, gaining a (1d8+4) damage boost to her next attack.
focusing her attention on stemming the very worst of the bleeding injuries inflicted by the beast, Aurora fired off another round of starlight to those suffering much like she was. Sure, a few of the other fleshbags might have been banged up considerably worse, but said fleshbags also weren't steadily fucking losing life  from profusely leaking wounds, regardless of how well their defenses were. Besides, there were more healers about than just her, she could sense the positive energy of various spells going off in the background- she'd pull her own weight, not theirs too.
Aurora uses Starsign: Virgo on herself and Samantha, healing [1d4+12] HP and removing another bleed stack from both of them
Tama Meanwhile, seeing the armored figure repeat his previous weakening of the archers kept up his own pressure. With a mighty roar unleashed in sink with the sound of crashing thunder, he sent another explosive bolt of lightning raining down, cloak unfurling with countless terrawatts upon terrawatts
Tama Vajra uses Storm Fury on the Dragontooth Archers again, dealing yet another full-powered basic attack [11d4, Lightning Based] ignoring Res
Why is this happening. I was trying to get some sleep before some force of the universe teleported me into this battle...
Wyvis [43/51 HP, 15/90 Blood]
This warriors must be quite resistant to attacks...we should prioritise downing those heavy beasts as well, they seem to be causing much distress.
"Alright - engaging enemy!" Wyvis charged at the beasts and unleashed a bloody strike at them.
[Basic attack on Beasts. 1.25(4d4+10) and gain 1.5(Damage) of blood]
Melina [81/83 HP]
Melina felt a little like trying to fix a pot that was popping holes left and right. When she fixed one, another would be downed. She couldn't possibly save them all...
"This gonna hurt, hold on!" Melina transferred life energy from herself to the most wounded, who seemed to be a frost mage.
