Scizor is pretty powerful, although Jan could just put in Scyther and not the Metal Coat (sucks to be Onix if that would happen). Also, I believe Torkoal is a Shadow found in Caratos Mountain in V6. Ralts can be found in a part of the Lab in the Swamplands after getting the Key from Tesla when you defeat the Kyogre.
