History Majors somehow make history sound super cool to discuss, but whenever I read it I fall asleep at the helm. I sometimes wished that I was more history savvy, because I do enjoy listening to other people talking about American history - they make it sound way cooler than I give it credit for.

Question: Does anyone else cough when they're exhausted, not from workout or anything, but just like you are physically tired from a hard days work or are just physically fatigued? Not even so much from physical exertion, just being tired and exhausted causes you to cough. Anyone else or is it just me?

I'm glad that A Hat in Time is getting the praise that it deserves, since we've been needing a solid 3D platformer for awhile. Definitely is my favorite Kickstarter game, by far.

I scored a paid internship, next semester and summer (possibly all next year as well), working at a public school, 48 miles north of where I live. My job is basically networking, IT, and occasionally MySQL programming (the last one is mandatory, since I have 3 criteria that needs to be met for this internship, and that's learning MySQL).

Never been to that particular school before, in my life, but from what I hear it's a humble school, in a humble, little town.

Real talk: A dream I had once as a kid, and still kind of have, today, is to become an Air Force Officer and work in Cyber-Security. I'm not really too fond of doing the usual, stereotypical interpretation of military activity, like guns and killing (mostly because I'm just not into that), but more on the career side with my technical skills being made use of as well as my degree.

Still on the fence about that decision though.

You know what I'm getting tired of?

I'm getting sick of being an emotional pushover to everyone, because I was trying to be friendly and easy-going. Like, I was just telling someone something weird and funny, you know because they're my friend and I can do those kinds of things comfortably around them, and they get all upset at me and calling it "awkward" and getting on my ass about it. All I said was "B0RK, hello." Like... goddamn. Just that alone set them off, like... what even? I don't even do that, that frequently.

And then people use their emotional problems and take it out on me. I'm tired of being walked all over by some punk-kids, who think that I'm not gonna say anything about it, or call them out on their bullshit.

Brushing up on some Twilight Zone episodes. This show is just as good, and terrifying, as I remember it being. I haven't been scared to the point of me looking at another tab, because of how terrifying it is.

Well my life has turned an entire 180 degrees. I was just disowned by my father, beaten by him, kicked out of my own house and I may or may not be dead in a couple days.

I love everyone here, even if I have do house unpopular opinions occasionally and I vent sometimes. But, I thank @Amethyst for Reborn and the website which allowed me to meet a lot of cool people. I thank those of you who've stuck with me for years on my own personal projects.

If things don't get resolved soon and I'm still out with nowhere to go to, well... bye. It was nice meeting every one of you and I do look back on all the things I've done here. The good and the bad and I do hold regrets over the things I've said sometimes and think "god I'm a fucking asshole, why did I say that." But I will always remember you people for the great things you've given me.

For now, uhmmm... bye. My battery will be out soon, but this might be the last message I post. I some miracle comes up and I can return home, but for now it's farewell.
