well, no, since it was previously stated rillaboom's grassy terrain won't affect the arena as much as the different terrains in gyms etc

I had assumed it would be available since hidden abilities of the starters before v13 were available when you got them, but i may be wrong

Tbh it doesn't really matter, because you'll have to strategize every single important battle, but I wouldn't recommend grass types. Chimchar or Torchic would be good, Froakie might be as well. But remember to get any of those with HA.

I think its going to be ok but not as good as greninja, cuz its level up movepool is not as varied to take advantage of Libero.

its Scorbunny's hidden ability, it does the same thing as greninja's protean, basically ur scorbunny will change its typing based on the move u selected and it will give u STAB bonus on every move.

in the trailer at the end I think the hand position is important. I know the hair color is wrong but I think it could be puppet master. As a master of deception something like hair color could be trivial to him (her/they, I don't really know). but notice how we don't get to see the face and the way the one laying there is in the same position as the puppet master.

I checked scorbunny's moveset and if you want to breed it you can get high jump kick and sucker punch from meditite and diglett respectivly before the 3rd gym.

Wondering if there's any recent confirmation of this? I saw this mentioned as a maybe in a post from 2019/2020 but couldn't find anything since.

It would really suck to get that far in and find out that it doesn't actually change the terrain.

it could be like mist from reborn where it only lasts 3 turns and we get no grassy glide till v13.5 which will cover gen 8 DLC.

Honestly, I hope the Terrain Surge - Abilities do not change the fields. It would be way too game breaking in a game thats all about field effects.

Rejuvenation is becoming quite an ambitious project just like Pokemon insurgence back in the day.i have been playing this since v10 and the contents became more and more developed since. Although i don't remember the whole cast, i know the story telling and the side quests are quite good.

After grassy terrain, just set fire on the grass and BAM not only do you get a permanent field but also you can roast all the pokemon.

I honestly kinda doubt that would happen since gorilla tactics isn't that great for doubles and her field weakens fire moves. Eiscue on the other hand would be a pain in the ass without special moves and definitely something I see her using

You sure? As I understood it only the Own Tempo Rockruff is later in the game. I think Jan once said Rockruff itself is not in the same spot anymore but "not so different that players need to worry". But I guess I'll find out. Worst Case: I play without species-clause until I have enough other teammembers.
