And I was having almost no problems... until I faced Angie. I simply didn't know what to do - that constant freezing was annoying me; this wasn't difficult because of power level, it was difficult because of hax! I have tried using Pokemon immune to freezing (I don't remember what those were), but they couldn't do much to her, so I was simply stuck. I got so pissed that I've completely erased save file and tried the game anew on Normal difficulty - on my 2nd attempt, that cheap, quasi-religious Elsa knockoff was begging for mercy as I was melting her team down with spread Fire moves (Heat Wave, Lava Plume and Eruption). I'm not into hyperoffense teams that much... But I was so done I didn't care at that point - just to annihilate that bitch. Bananacake887 Posted April 14, 2022 Share Posted April 14, 2022 I know, it's so sad I loved the Intense difficulty and have managed to beat it twice(with another 2 on hold till after E19 drops); can't think about reverting back to the gross normal mode though I do understand and respect the reason for its removal. Hopefully it returns once the game is completed(V16 I think). At least it sounds like it can be somewhat replicated in Reborn with the addition of passwords, like being able to adjust levels and potentially make every Trainer Pokemon hold a PULSE2. As for my team, instead of playing along with the different fields of the elite 4, I think I'll just use my favorite core team in Reborn: Serperior/Ninetales/Typhlosion.
