  1. Whoops! I'm sorry. Still though, that is a relative rare occurence, especially in places that people gather and people have fun.
  2. I'd take that with a grain of salt. Hard to believe that real people commit suicide, or a child was adopted by a complete stranger to it. Before my unskilled eyes, it looks like an urban legend or something, to hype the game and reinforce the setting's mythos.
  3. If you activate the password which guarantees the pokemon you pickup have 31 IVs to all stats. And then disable the password. Will your save be able to access online, afterwards?

    Two questions

1 no. also, Rejuvenation axed that feature (with bonus pokemon potentially appearing through randomizer), couple of episodes back. 2 depends. there are weather patterns that happen randomly, like midday heat or rain, thunderstorm, windy weather etc. there are also fields. and there are other pokemon you catch to compliment your team. any starter can be a good starter. But if you want to play smart, "best" starters are: Torchic (speed boost), Froakie (Protean), Snivy (contrary). Froakie can even defeat your first rivals, with the password of enemies having full IVs + EVs set to on! Or if you wish an early item-hunting mon before Thief move becomes available, just fetch a Magician Fennekin!

    The AI?

I never said i wanted catching wild pokemon to be more difficult! What i said, is i wanted catching wild pokemon to be as challenging as it once had been, is all. Because as things once were, you were "forced" into utilizing otherwise useless or forgotten pokemon (in this case, one with Dampen for instance) and you used to pause for thinking, before advancing. All pokemon finding a use, had once been Reborn's main attraction... Note to self: Hmmm the Fullevs password by the way, maximizes both enemy IVs and EVs, even though its ReadMe description mentions EVs only! Still, too weak... Not even with 252 to all EVs and a full 31 IVs, can an enemy trainer's pokemon off yours, when it suddenly drops its best move for its weakest, each time your health drops under half. No point in the challenge, since even without breeding, i do not see much difference. Maybe after reaching circus, it can start paying off and showing, like from the Fire gym onwards or something...

    The AI?

Eh! Gimme PLEASE! I know the fullevs already; what is the one which maximazes enemy IVs???
  7. The "Litemode" password, lowers to 0 both EVs and IVs of enemies. But the "Fullevs" password, maximizes only the EVs. Is there a password for maximizing enemy IVs, too? Since they suddenly start hitting you with their weakest move, once your lifebar is halved and they no longer remember to heal their pokemon, it would be fair for every enemy to at least come at you with both of their IVs and EVs maxed, no?

    The AI?

That's sad... Too much convenience + quality of life changes = oversimplification :'( Now nobody will seek the relative ability to prevent geodudes from going boom on you, or a half-decent strategy for capturing wilds. I honestly wonder how many people could have nagged for Reborn being difficult, before the devs decided to change the AI. Everything until episode 16 worked pretty well, there were no shortcuts, players needed to think outside the box. I bet, expanding the audience/playerbase, always has some cost. That still doesn't explain the enemy trainers suddenly going weak on you and forgetting all about their medicines, though :'(

    The AI?

Artificial intelligence still seems to be a bit... Erratic? Wild pokemon use moves against you that you highly resist, even though they have ones that can hit you effectively! And they do not follow patterns, that can put their movepool to the best possible use. They are completely messed up, almost remind of main, canon pokemon games :'( And way too stingy, concerning trainers? Why do they have to opt to their weakest move, whenever your health drops? This is beyond lenient, at least in previous versions, they would do that at 1/3 of your pokemon lifebar, now they do so at slightly under 1/2. Plus, early trainers -even rival encounters-, never use healing items on their pokemon, not even once. Since the AI is considered to be now finalized and similar discussions occured over the years, this has to be intended, no?
  10. It made the very first antagonist pokemon encounters almost unbeatable... But the other trainers do not seem to be much more powerful, at all... This is unofficially the "Hard Mode", right?
  11. Reborn always had online play. Now, it functions again. You access it from Pokegear in the pause game menu.
  12. I got the same issues with missing dlls, as well. It would be a great idea, offering alternative download, like the manually applied link above. Thank you for the solution! And thanks to the devs for this wonderful game!
  13. ??? In development post, text was changed for that funny video into "community release".
