What are your starters also numel and other rock types are very helpful there are a lot of options and an audino breeder so it shouldnt take long to train

I feel you she was the third hardest gym leader in rejuvenation for me from what i heard flash completly nerfs her , ghost vs ghost is viable and a friend of mine recommend me to use shifry( evolve the nuzleaf in sheridan with the hidden leaf stone) her status are the most anoying and hypnosis accuracy is boosted in her field so i would change the field and get a pokemon that cant be burned or paraleyzed , sorry dont know much else I beat her using poison and leaf storm from my victreebel with a few healing items , but i dont have enough experience(i have only done one run of rejuvenation) to help much more hope this helps

Nice what do you think of my team : greninja venasaur volcarona espeon electivire alolan ninetails , also have a few reserves like dragalge im also super ready for v13 spent a lot of time raising new team members since it became obvious after ryland how my team wasnt gonna cut it so i replaced almost all pokemon anyone else got the feeling after facing ryland of being completly overwhelmed

I would recommend black cinder or soul stones , the latter is complete and the first one is up to gym 3 but the english can be bad but the story is very unique

seems like a good team with a lot of coverage medicham should have pure power which combined with high jump quick can one shot most things
