First thing is that you can't evolve Pikachu into A-Raichu until the 6th gym i think, pretty late into the game. You'll have access to an Solrock pretty soon, actually, before the 2nd gym. Well, you don't need to replace any of your team members. Reborn and Rejuvenation are built in a way that you have to use all the options available in order to diversify your team, and your chances of winning against the tougher battle. That's why it isn't out of the question to built a rotation team, not just stick to the same 6 team members. I, for exxpample, have like, 12 Pokémon in every playtrough of the game, just so I don't have to struggle against difficult battles. So yeah, add Staraptor to your team, but don't ditch the other team members. As for suggestions, you can opt

Definitely Zoroark. Although Dusknoir may seem appealing due to it's higher defenses, it has a horrible offensive typing, since it's a Ghost type without a good physical STAB, and only a mediocre base 100 attack.
