  1. Well in that case: Adrienne has never SEEN Titania's gym. When xe went into the time bubble there wasn't a gym out there. There probably wasn't ANYTHING out there. So xey get brought up to speed, and told that the Steel gym leader built a gym in a caste in the desert. Having never seen it, and having no one around who's ever seen it, possibly with no one having done so since she built the thing, any league tests or whatnot could easily be done at Amaria's, and its not like Ame was more than an administrator anyway. And hell, when she's not going through an existential crisis it might be easier to get to her if she was up there.
  2. Cynthia. Blue. Diantha. Are my top three currently. Cynthia for reasons others have stated. Blue for establishing the format, being a reasonable challenge for Gen. I. And Diantha for her clearly defined theme and her team's interesting aesthetics. While I'll acknowledge that Diantha is weak I would counter that so are all the others. Wallace, Iris, and Lance are all mono-type trainers, rendering their teams laughably easy as well. Steven's only threatening Pokemon is his Metagross, which doesn't outweigh the rest of his team being straight-up awful. Personally I also find Steven's personality to be the blandest of every Champion, save perhaps Lance who at least helped us defeat Team Rocket.
  3. Could you kindly point me to the section of that quote which includes the words "hastily built." Cause I can't find 'em.

  5. Not awful, but as noted attack and speed are what matter. I'd say attack is more important since Speed Boost will negate most speed issues anyway.
  6. Here. game.rxdata Although, your Pikachu was only level 40ish in this file.
  7. Cain had an Absol and Galvantula pre-Episode 17 IIRC. Victoria had Togekiss. All that's happened is that Ame moved their diversification of Pokemon up from where it had been initially. This was needed to keep the rivals as being actually semi-serious foes. Victoria especially barely even qualified as a speed bump before her return in Episode 14 or 15.
  8. So, the thing about this is there isn't a specific command for that. The best that could be done is to fill your PC with every Pokemon (and I mean ALL of them), then turn the base forms into eggs and release the rest. If you still want them, then replace your original save file with this one: Game.rxdata
  9. I think its more that people stood in front of the randomizer for hours and hours for them, which wasn't intended.
  10. Do you want the starters to be from the same generation? If so then: Torterra, Empoleon, and Infernape. Those offer the most widespread type coverage and are overall solid picks. If not: Fire - Any not named Tepig. All the fire starters are pretty solid in-game. I wouldn't pick Litten either due to overlap with a rival's team and already having two dark types. Water - Mudkip or Piplup. The best overall that don't overlap with your current team. Tododile or Popplio are fine as well. Tododile though is mono-type, and takes a long to get physical STAB. Popplio meanwhile is Cain's Pokemon, so eh... The only really wrong choices are Oshawott or Squirtle. Grass - Honestly this is the most difficult probably. Bulbasaur and Snivy are probably the best overall choices, but Turtwig is fine as well if you build it correctly. Treecko could work I guess, as could Chespin.

    Amaria tho...

Actually you said yes to someone. Taka specifically.
  12. I second the inclusion of both Gardevoir and Magnezone. The two complement each other extremely well, and still form a solid core on a team.
  13. Upload your save and someone can take a look at it. Most likely its just a matter of control mapping.
  14. It works the same way Flying Press works in the canon games I believe.
  15. Other people HAVE done the math. https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2017/09/eu-study-finds-piracy-doesnt-hurt-game-sales-may-actually-help/ And then withheld it because it doesn't fit with corporate lies.
  16. True, but in that case fangames hurting the company is even less likely since it means so much to them.
  17. Ah. I hadn't even been aware we could fish there in the first place honestly.
  18. Someone mentioned you couldn't fish for Slowpoke in the same area of Route 4 anymore, that one possibly.
  19. I kinda think in that instance there wouldn't be enough of an audience to really attract much in the way of fangames. But setting that aside, in such a circumstance if fangames attracted enough of a crowd away from that company's games to significantly impact their earnings, then that honestly just sounds like the inevitable happening. They would have likely faltered rapidly anyway if a significant portion of the audience stopped buying their games in order to play a game released by one person. Whether that be to a fan-game, or to a bigger studio on more solid footing that sees the success and moves in, the same result would have happened. The opposite is therefore more important to consider. Perhaps people interested in games look at the fangame and are interested in trying out the official version, boosting sales. Now you can say that isn't likely, and you could be correct. However, if you are correct, then at worst what's happened is nothing. At best the company is on a more solid footing going forward and can release better games, increasing their staying power long-term. So as I see the three possibilities would be: 1. A significant portion of the audience leaves to play the free game, which is merely accelerating the inevitable if it happens. 2. Nothing, the fans play both because they love the games and want to support the people who make the official products). 3. There's a boost in interest as people try the free fan-game, like it, and try the actual games as well. (There's technically a fourth possibility where people try the fan-game, hate it, and don't try the actual game, but in such a case they likely wouldn't have played the official game regardless, so I'm counting it under nothing). For the broader question, sorta the same logic applies. Only with more dismissal of corporations and irritation with their rank hypocrisy on the topic. So at worst, morally neutral.
  20. Here you are: Game.rxdata Replace your old file with this one.
