I feel this is irrelevant, as is the ultimate late-game power, hence why I ranked Greninja so low and think Serperior shouldn't be high either. What I mean is that this is fundamentally about starters, so IMO should focus on the early game, with some look at the mid-game. So no later than Aya. The Starter Pokemon is a beginning tool. Like Kricketune, which I'd straight up give A+ tier for its power in the early game even if its awful by Corey. Once you're getting out of the city the starter isn't needed to buff up your team anymore like its so useful for at first. So by the time there are vastly better options, well okay then. Pokemon lose relevance as you go forward in the game. Should Charizard be on your team by the time you're at the Circus? Probably not if we're being honest. But at the start is incredibly useful. Note: all of this is assuming a ranking on power, nothing more. You want to use Charizard the whole game (or Kricketune, or literally ANYTHING else) go right ahead, you do you.

...hm...not sure. I've never used either one (I have a general thing about not using Pokemon my rivals use), so I don't know how good those two are. And I didn't comment on them due to that. Just considering the stats though, I doubt it. Especially Incineroar (though that might have something to do with me not liking physical fire types). Greninja does at least have great speed, while both Incineroar and Primarina have...basically no speed actually. And Greninja does at least have a good enough attack and special attack stat to let it be a mixed attacker. So maybe an A then. A bit worse than Charizard, but better than those two (at least in theory, since never used either).

Link stones just evolve a Pokemon that needs to be traded without actually trading. Anything else you have to do to evolve the Pokemon must still be done. Ex, to evolve Scyther you make it hold a metal coat, then use a link stone to get Scizor. And you have the moves thing backwards. Stones don't remove the ability of Pokemon to learn moves by level up. Pokemon that evolve by stones just don't learn moves as they gain levels. The move pools are a programmed thing. The stones have nothing to do with it.

IMO both Charizard and Typhlosion should be bumped up at least one tier. Charizard I'd actually move up two. Flame Burst from Charmeleon is amazing in the early forest fields that you fight in, since it completely negates the field and turns it against the opponent. And against Corey it lets you suicide attack any of his Pokemon should it be necessary on that path. And Dragon Rage on Charmander will be a powerful tool until at least Florinia. Typhlosion is less useful, but at least still has lava plume by the early 40s, letting it do similiar field based shenanigans. Though I could also see an argument for leaving it where it is. Blastoise knocked down at least one. Though, Blastoise might honestly be worse than Meganium early game since at least Bayleef won't be one hit ko'd if any of Julia's Pokemon look at it funny, and resists Florinia as well. Wartortle has neither advantage. And...Greninja needs to be bumped down too. Don't get me wrong, Greninja is good. Very good. I have one in my full playthrough of the last several episodes. But early game its not amazing like some of the others. Its level up movepool sucks until it is fully evolved, and the lack of TMs early game mean you can't abuse Protean enough to get major use out of it. IMO Infernape and Swampert are better than Greninja AS A STARTER. Solid B IMHO. Serperior meanwhile is powerful, but until you get leaf storm to spam its meh, and its hidden ability can be downright bad you're not careful. Like Greninja its not very good as a starter IMO. Feraligatr I'm unsure on. On the one hand it does have powerful physical moves to use in Crunch and Ice Fang. But it doesn't get a decent physical STAB move until well past the Circus, which again limits its viability as a starter, which as with Blastoise isn't helped by being weak to both Julia and Florinia. Though at least it will be able to hit Florinia's Pokemon with Ice Fang, so its not Squirtle levels of bad.

Upload your save file and I'll give you one. Instructions here if needed: https://www.rebornevo.com/index.php?/pr/save/

You get some relationship points, a battle change-up later, and some modified dialogue; but that's it. Its not really worth starting over for. As for beating him. There's lots of ways. Pretty much all of them involve Focus Sash or Sturdy. My favorite is Power Split. Basically you take most of Garchomp's attack away and give it to something else, then wail on the stupid thing until its finished. Also burn it. And leech seed it if possible. Cofagrigus and Shuckle work pretty well I've found.

You can find a Numel in front of the train station when it rains or buy a Slugma from the game corner. But don’t expect Flora to lose to a fire type. Kricketune will be a better choice.

The exact same thing could be said for people who are overly positive, since it comes across as sweeping GF's long-rooted issues under the rug yet again in order to pretend that everything is all fine and dandy. Which will only encourage the creators to decide that they have done absolutely nothing wrong, and therefore should push even further next time. Look, I've been a fan of Pokemon since it was released in the US. I was literally one of the first people in my area to buy a copy of the games (as in the first person that the store SOLD Pokemon Red to), and have bought at least one of each pair of games they've released since. I think at this point I'm allowed to look back on the multitude of bad decisions that have been made culminating in this and express some negativity about it. On the actual stuff. I don't like the cake Pokemon. I'm not sure exactly what it is that rubs me the wrong way about it, maybe its just my disdain for things that are designed to be sickeningly cute, but it looks bad. Not as bad as the legendaries, but still among my least favorite of the revealed Pokemon. Rolycoly looks better, and I'm holding off judgement of Duralaudon for now, but give tentative thumbs up to it. But...well, the Pokemon continue to look like toys. Not in design, but in the way the light gleams off of them. They look fake. Yes, yes I know they are fake, but in the previous games this wasn't an issue. At least not one that I've noticed before. The models are off.

	You did what now?

Meowstic. I use her till Aya normally, and have been using her past that now that Ralts is further back. Beyond that, eh none really. I’m easily satisfied by the very best though, so typically the strongest Pokémon available make it in. Also yes, Manley was available at Viridian City in Yellow. It was one of the options added to make beating Brock possible. It’s wasn’t a good option since Nidoran could also be found there, and Butterfree’s confusion would wreck Brock without trying, but it was there.

I wasn't the one who posted that.

What do you need it for? I can think of two right off-hand. There's the Slugma from the Game Corner, and you can grab a Numel down near the train station while its raining.

I’m personally kinda torn. Megas were an interesting idea that was horribly executed. Too many already powerful Pokemon were given megas to make them even better, Salamanca, Garchomp, T-Tar, Gengar, Metagross and all legendary megas all spring to mind. Pokemon like the Kanto starters, Beedrill, Pidgeot, and Ampharos were fine since they suck and needed help to be decent. But can’t have one group without the other. As for legendaries, kinda the same situation. Sure some of them are OP, but on the other hand Articuno.
 -
Actually I probably won’t. Skipped Let’s Go because they looked awful, and based on current information I’ll probably be skipping these too.
 -
Looked over the new Pokemon, and I'm sorry but these two legendaries awful. They look freaking hideous, and frankly stupid. Both of them. One is basically just Sif, but without the pathos that made you ignore the fact that a dog holding a sword in its mouth is ridiculous. And the other one is, if anything even WORSE. It looks like a literal toy. Not a toy that looks like a dog of some kind mind you, but rather one of those megazord type things that has folded up to be the chestpiece. These might just be the worse legendaries Gamefreak has ever created, and considering they made Hoopa that's saying something.
 -
I've done a pseudo-legendary playthrough (and let me just say fuck Serra during that playthrough), and while it was fine for the early game, and indeed maybe a bit harder than normal, once you got to Noel the difficulty really fell off. The enemies just weren't ready to deal with a Dragonite and Salamence stomping them flat at that point in the game. So, IMO you'd need to rebalance quite a bit to let them in earlier. They're fine where they are.
 -
Let's see: S - Shelly, Titania A - Julia, Amaria, Serra, Ciel, Charlotte B - Amaria, Florinia, Shade, Radomus, Sampson, Shade C - Corey, Aya, Hardy, Kiki D - Luna, that guy on there with the Pokeball and dark hair. I can't even remember who he was or what types he used, so I guess he didn't make much of an impression.

Frankly unless Funimation has done something far worse than what I've seen, this case is going to crash and crash hard. As a public figure he's going to have to prove they acted with actual malice, which is a REALLY high bar to climb, even if he was innocent, and I still see nothing to indicate that.

My family plays it a fair bit. I've tried every class, and from what I've encountered Death is the best, Myth is the worst (sorry). I think I got to Zafaria before I got bored and quit, just couldn't be bothered to keep slogging through that world. Dragonspyre was easily the best world overall.
 -
Erm, EVs always start at 0. Or did you mean IVs? In that case, its really just luck. I tend to focus on just the attacking stat of choice and speed. If those are good (above 20) then I'm good.

About a hundred hours in my main game. But I only have about ten Pokemon I really rotate through, and I SR every time I lose, so I can adjust things prior. I used the Shared Box to get all the Pokemon trained up, so can probably add another fiftyish hours onto taht since I did it in other playthrough, but its not reflected in play time.

There is no Mary Marvel on this list. Therefore the choice is invalid, and obviously a trap.

Yeah, because Texas, a state which still teaches creationism, represents reality in the most thorough ways possible. That’s not what defamation means.

I don't mind the adoring fan in Oblivion.
