They just added a chance for Minccino to spawn in as well (similar to many other early mons in Peridot varying per save file), so it's still there. You were just unlucky. While weather was fixed this episode, it might still take a while. Try moving the time forward on your computer. If that doesn't work, you can try the weather select mod until you catch Spoink. I'm not sure the conditions Spoink shows up in the first place, though.

I think the good rod is in the town with the Ice Gym, but I can't remember for sure now. You can get the Super Rod after beating Ciel. It's a reward in a side quest (started in Beyrl Cemetary---dependent on if you talked to one of the named Meteor Grunts in the Mountain base).

Honestly, doing a challenge run of almost any game the first time through might mess with the experience. In some cases it might not ruin it, but that would depend on your experience I guess. I can definitely imagine Nuzlocks of Reborn spoiling your first impression (especially if you are so set on following the rules that you won't even finish the game); then again, I'm not a fan of them personally, so I might just be projecting a bit.

It worked in ep 16 on the event Absol, so it should work the same now. I would definitely bring a mon with Compact Eyes (or some other item chance boosting ability--if there are any others).

Well Touhou fans, l decided to create a thread about the Fantasy Maiden Wars fangame series that I've been going on about in status updates and PMs. Mostly I wanted to post a list of the music and animation playlists with the games, at least to show off the work the FMW team put in. Sorry if this shows up on the front page because we are an open group. As a lover of turn-based strategies, this series has really hooked me. Based on the Super Robot Wars crossover games, FMW takes many of its mechanics and adapts Touhou mechanics into the formula for a much different experience than what I was expecting. It definitely takes advantage of the crossover nature of the series to tell the stories of Touhou 6-12 in a far different order and with interactions with characters from beyond just those 7 games. @Rowigrath Sent PM about helping with Inkay and Axew (and maybe Tyrunt).

It was an attempt at a wiki, but whoever started it probably saw how redundant it was (considering most info can also be found in the forums with some looking or by starting a thread). I saw someone a few months back questioning updating it themselves, but redundancy was brought up again. Sure, it's an easier format to use, but that is still a lot of transfer work. I used it before looking into the forums during ep 16 (last Dec), though the info only went up to Corey. Still, it was mostly accurate during that part of ep 16. Don't know about the other two, so someone else will have to help there.
