    Pokemon Liquid crystal is mine. Glazed is awesome as well, but I just can't seem to want to play that over and over again like I do with the romhacks that are remakes/edits to vanilla games.

    They are both very similar and amazing in terms of what you get from your usual pokemon experience. I started with Reborn, because rejuv just came out this year! I think Reborn is best played first, as a lot of Rejuv is simply built off Reborn. Reborn will seem a bit closer to a vanilla game off the bat, and by the end you'll be ready for Rejuv's crazy characters etc

    The controls are set by RPGmaker. You might be able to change them by hacking the game, but I've never tried. I only use gamepads for pokemon games.The constant spamming of a key gives me some carpal pains. The best advice I can give is using a program called JoytoKey.     Can you guys tell me which one of these (or maybe all) are custom? I haven't played the latest generation, so the whole mega thing is quite new to me.

    Ya thats a really true story. I think thats the best part of fan games - their ability to tell a story with diversity in character, something Nintendo has to be very careful with.

    Really hyped about this and all the pokemon news in general. off topic, but I REALLY hope they take Super Mario Maker and turn it into Pokemon so they can officially integrate the fan game community. Would really do wonders for everyone involved.

    I wish! I don't think I'd be able to play the game without cheat engine now anyway though. I heard that other pokemon fan game developers are working on Andriod ports, but I assume this will only happen when all things are said and done. Until then, there are plenty of good romhacks out there you can pass the time with! Or watch our let's play if you really need a fix!

    It will be based on what the game is titled in RPG maker. Even though new versions of the games come out, the title of the game stays the same so unless one of them change their title, this will always happen with saves. As others pointed out, you can change the save, or simply edit the game itself in rpgmakerXP to have a separate title per release. Its more straight edge to just juggle the saves though!

    I wasn't aware you could trade pokemon in this game! How does it work?

    Good question. Is there any real significance to having Acts? The only other time I've seen it done was in Final Fantasy Tactics, and the acts were used to mark a jump in the time frame. Otherwise, if there isn't anything that the acts are separating, they are just a title screen. I wonder if that means v7 is going to be quite different in some way?

    Wait where was Heather confirmed to be elite 4? On the forums or something? Don't remember seeing that in game!

    How to make the game easier: Learn to play pokemon properly! Cheat Engine does wonders as well to cut out grinding etc.

    I much prefer gen 3, but its hard to make things that look good like that. The native reaction is that gen 5 looks better by default, but I disagree - mostly because I am a fan of old school pokemon games.

    Damn 0 percent done. That seems like you are really under selling your process man. You have already made a thread and begun thinking about making the next episode. That's gotta count for something. I know how it goes whenever I try to accomplish something. Actually starting it is the hard part.

    Ya no way you are soloing her. You can either start it after the gym, or rpgmake some starters. I actually have been doing that a lot. Its a ton of fun. What I do is make a "new game +" sort of play through. Just like you'd imagine - I have 6 pokemon that I would like to use through the entire playthrough as if it were my second playthrough on the same save file. Limit yourself to ONLY 6 for extra fun. I have been doing specific types and naming myself and my pokemon like I was a Gym leader. Its fun to role play a bit in pokemon! If you need tips on how to do this just ask. I plan on making a tutorial some time soon.

    Keep thinking that's Jan lol... Speaking of, I think you raise a few good points in this thread. Lots of people talking about doing challenge or special runs, and would put my hat in the ring to say Reborn could use an Intense mode as well. Originally, I REALLY loved Reborn's difficulty, but after my Pokemon knowledge has expanded by playing both Reborn and Rejuvenation, I don't find a regular playthrough of Reborn that exciting. The story is still amazing though! Got a full lore-play with only the story on the channel if anyone ever wants to just see that. I watch it through every couple months. Its a really good way to progress a game and genre that is historically thin on the story side.
