  1. Six Samurai just got a lot of support in Spirit Warriors. It's one of my favorite decks too, but I don't think it'll be competitively viable until they bring Gateway back please don't let this be Stratos 2.0 . Other decks I really like are Fabled, which is unfortunately damn near unusable with Master Rule 4 since it's a synchro spam Quasar deck, and Aromages which have a really neat concept and art.
  2. What do you think of a merged banlist? The ocg and tcg have had separate ones for a long while, and honestly, I feel like it causes problems the same way exclusive decks do. The ocg banlist is also usually a lot less restrictive, without as many cards that were banned 3000 years ago on it that could safely come back in the game. (Ocg has two Stratos, three Gateway of the Six, etc etc, and those decks haven't done anything over there in ages. Stratos is coming up on 5 years! I know it's a meme but like....comeon. He's not going to make Heroes broken.)
  3. It's still probably my favorite yugioh game. Weird mashup of turn-based strategy and yugioh that works out way better than I initially expected. It's not free from flaws though, one of my biggest problems with it was the slot machine thing you used to get cards. It made it far more annoying to make decks than it needed to be.
  4. "Commander Roland." Sherwyn said with a nod in greeting. They were rather fond of the commander but didn't want to interrupt Coel's speech with casual conversation, so they left it at that. Looking around at the people gathered, it was a bit of a strange group that ranged from servants to knights. Just what did Coel have in mind?
  5. "Of course, my lord." Sherwyn said, and directed his path with Coel's. The two with the spider couldn't see it beneath their helmet, but they grinned a bit at the girls frantic hiding of it. She thought they didn't notice. How cute. Clearly, it wasn't poisonous judging by the way they held it, though, so they figured they'd let it go for now.
  6. "Off-duty?" Sherwyn had never been off-duty at one of these banquets before. In fact, they didn't remember the last time they had been off-duty at all. Coel tried a few times when they were stationed here initially, but gave up after a while. What did people do when they were off-duty? They were kind of hungry...but eating in front of other people didn't sit well with them. Then they noticed the spider. "What is...uh...I'm going to go check that out." they quickly pointed, hoping Reynauld would buy their excuse before walking off towards the man holding it. They didn't mind spiders, but why in the world would someone bring one into a crowded banquet hall?
  7. Sherwyn sighed as he saw Reynauld approach. They didn't dislike the guy, but he could stand to be a little more vigilant in his work. It looked like they were on the same post too, although they weren't entirely sure if this was their post. Coel never told them anything other than show up, and usually, that meant guard duty. "You're here too, huh?" they muttered "I suppose I could stand to have a little fun but...what is the purpose for this? Usually, Coel only puts on one guard, and the commander and that knight are here too..." they said pointing to Lyle and Roland, talking on the other side of the room. "Tonight is different from usual, but why?" He knew Reynauld probably wasn't the best to talk to about such things, he'd likely just joke about it and find another reason to slack off. But he was one of the few that actually talked to them, so it wasn't like they had other options.
  8. Sherwyn stood vigilantly at the entrance to the banquet hall. As usual, there weren't many people they knew, and the few that they did were greeted by a small nod. They were sure Coel would tell them to lighten up and join the party, but what good would it do? Resigned to guard duty, they watched those that passed by through the slits in their helmet. They were pretty sure they were mistaken for a decorative piece at one point. Wonderful.
  9. Veterans? Oh hey, that's me! Neat! We all know that editing posts silently is going to be my most used feature given my track record of posting before proofreading.
  10. "...I see. Back to work then. Let's hope we are allies when next we meet, rather than...the alternative...heh."
  11. Glancing about the room, the sole Null Knight remaining looked towards his highly injured foes. "Our orders were to dispose of them, but he wouldn't mind if we tried to gain further ransom would he?" the Null Knight asks. The other knights look at each other for a moment and shake their heads. "Very well. Men! We capture the opposing party. Might as well get a bit more pay for our work," he says as he grabs two of the injured party members and carries them further into the mansion. Those who were still able tried to resist, but soon enough the party was overwhelmed and sent into the basement dungeon. Chapter 5: A Light in the Darkness Year 1638, 27th of Vembra After some time, the party comes to. Their weapons and mounts are nowhere to be seen. While those who were still about before their capture were awake in their cells, those who weren't were just starting to get up. Upon waking, they would find themselves in a rather dark and cramped cell, though able to see the others through the bars.
  12. Oh boy. I really need to start checking this more often because I completely missed the pings you guys sent me until just now lol Anywho, I'm not very good at this type of thing. But I guess I'll give it a shot anyways. This is in no particular order. And probably more. Like I said, not good with this stuff, so I apologize if I didn't get to you.
  13. Alright, so without further ado, the chosen character for the party is.... But, we've also decided to choose two new units along with him... and... Welcome to the party. Maps are all downhill from here :]
  14. Thanks everybody, I really appreciate it. (Also happy birthday to you too, mde. I wasn't aware we had the same one either.)
  15. So, we've got a slight problem. Zetaark and I talked about it on discord with most of you yesterday, so this is for those that missed it. Alina/Grasssnake/Chirya has gone missing recently, and although we've tried to poke her, we've gotten no response. As such, we've asked you to vote on discord about what to do, and it appears the majority consensus is to re-open signups to fill her slot with a different dancer or bard, and that's exactly what we've done. So yeah, signups are now open again for characters in those classes. The rules to apply on the first page are still the same as before, however your backstory will need a reason to be on Irvetos, due to the kinda last minute nature of this recruitment. Hope to see some interesting stuff!
  16. Tfw FE4 Inflation makes Arden good.

    1. krim

      krim

Those are links, but for some reason they don't show as them on homescreen.

    2. Raindrop Valkyrie

      Raindrop Valkyrie

They don't anymore Krim. Sepcialtext stuff now only works in this screen or, when you go to the profile. They show up as normal though there. ((heck you can even like... do this. But that only shows up here as well, not on the home page.))

  18. Ah. The annual return of Haar and his hat avi. (Actually just realized how close it is to Christmas or I would've done it sooner)

  19. Hassar "What the hell?!" he thought, as the fire girl from before summoned some....thing. Was it a demon? He thought it might be, but the plainspeople refused to speak of them for fear of attracting their attention. It certainly looked demonic to him, and that didn't bode well, despite being a wolf. Not well at all. It was on his side for now though, and hell if he wasn't going to take advantage of it. As the two giant beasts faced off, he dashed towards the woods closest to him and resigned himself to healing. His poisons would do no good under such extreme temperatures, and there wasn't enough water around for phytotelmata to be an option. His first goal was to get to Aqui...or bring him there. Running across the clearing himself wasn't an option. His tools were mostly useless, and he wasn't going to throw his life away to those monsters. Light armor didn't protect much against things that huge. Or flames, really. But it did help disguise him in the woods.... That left him to get the girls attention. The one who just so happened to be having a mental breakdown over the body of the corerator. Grabbing a short branch that hadn't been burned yet, he threw it as hard as he could at the girl, and guided it to the best of his abilities. He winced as the flames took the last life from it, but he thought it hit her. He hoped it did. All she had to do was look....and hopefully not die.
  20. Oh hello, welcome to Reborn! I'm also a fan of FE, and of course, pokemon. There are currently two Fire Emblem on the Forums rps going on over on the rp forums, which might be worth checking out if you're interested. I happen to co-host one of them, so feel free to message with any questions, or just to talk if you'd rather. In any case, I hope you enjoy your stay.
  21. Does anyone else still instinctively type pokemonreborn when coming here? I know it's only been a few days but I can't break the habit.
