  1. Right, I'm still thinking of the old location, my bad.
  2. Even with all Steel types; Heatproof Bronzong and Wide Guard Probopass into Steelix and Aggron are all you need.
  3. Today's session of Redemption League is starting in 10 minutes!

  4. :^)

      oh so its like that

  5. Honestly, Serra isn't even challenging. It's just bullshit rng. There's challenging, and then there's the fun of having all your moves miss, getting crit and then frozen all in the same turn.
  6. Ohey, Terra and Serra are both in the same slot. Plop Titania in there and you have the trinity; Bullshit RNG fight, Bullshit mechanics fight, Bullshit bullshit fight. Fuck. The. Mirror. Field.
  7. You've got Gyara, the game is your bitch now. Slap Aveil support on it, Dragon Dance, Waterfall, Substitute and Bounce and go ham. Very little stops the dos.
  8. You'd still be left with Charizard, Noibat and Fraxure at the absolute most vs Shelly, which is uh, questionable lol. From experience, Shelly and Shade are some of the hardest bosses -for- a dragon mono due to them coming when it still has growing pains. Granted that's really the only spots where a Dragon mono has legitimate difficulty, after everything gets fully evolved, it stomps the game bar Titania.
  9. Nnnnope. Hardest type would be Dragon or Rock in part due to their absolute lack of choices. The former is stuck with Noibats until Corey while the latter has jack shit until Shelly aside from Bonsly and Onix which is post Julia. Water is as hard as you want it to be, it's BY FAR the most versatile type in the game and has easy checks/counters for -everything-. Marshtomp starter or Goldeen can shut down Julia, Ducklett from the Slums egg and the various other Pokemon you can get will do the same to Florinia. It's one of the easiest.
  10. Wide Lens also means no power boosting item, meaning Garchomp will be hitting harder right off the bat. At the end of the day, your choice. I prefer Garchomp with Flygon as the alternative due to their much superior defensive typing and Flygon's greater speed + stab EQ and DD.
  11. Stomping Tantrum move tutor will be available once E18 comes about and that's a decent ground stab move for now. Garchomp's got superior speed and attack and doesn't have to rely on it's 'Nuke' stab having a -notorious- miss chance. THAT being said, seeing as you've got Aurora Veil support, set up sweepers are better for your team, so Tyrantrum is a good choice too. For Garchomp I'd run: Stealth Rock, Outrage, Bulldoze, Stone Edge with a Life Orb. Get rocks up, hit hard, get out. Then get Aurora Veil up, and get Blaziken ready to demolish.
  12. I can absolutely see how a bug mono can be fun, but i don't particularly see how you'd struggle with it considering it's practically got good options going for it for the entire game. Hard monos would be stuff like Ice, Rock, Dragon, Fairy and Electric. In some order of that.
  13. >Ground mono >>Challenging Go Psychic.
  14. Reminder that A-Tales should have Snow Warning, meaning Blizzard is better for it in every way.

One could argue Xern does too but fuck that deer.

  20. Yes, but Hippowdon can provide set up opportunities for Excadrill between Sandstream and Yawn to put Pokemon to sleep. Having ONE slow Pokemon amongst 5 speed demons is fine, even if it's not your style. Who needs Hippo to synergise with the rest of the team when it's presence elevates Exca to the best sweeper in the game? Alternatively, try Reuniclus or Alakazam. You don't seem to have a Psychic type, and want more special attackers so that works well. Reuniclus is slow, but can Trick Room to make itself very fast + act as speed control for your team if they're somehow outsped. Good bulk, High SPatk and a decent movepool help it. Zam's a speedy version without the bulk.
  21. I feel the the issue with Gengar here isn’t that it’s bad but more that your team already has several Pokemon that fufill the same role, so it’s pretty much pointless to have on here. IMO get a Hippowdon, Excas best partner.

Umbreon. Unfortunately it's entirely stall based but awesome designs have negatives sometimes. Shrug. Max HP and Spdef. Curse/Wish/Protect/Payback is my preferred set. Just doesn't die.

Since Suicune isn't here, I'll be Team Giratina. God I love this devilish Basilisk. My two favourite types, looks awesome, great colour scheme, cool lore...MMM. I love it. Contrastingly, I hate just about everything - other than it's admittedly AWESOME design - from Xerneas. Not a huge fan of the fairy typing but Geomancy is a blatantly broken move considering just how easy it is for Xerneas to use a Power Herb or a Z-Move in tandem with it. Unfairly good movepool, advantage against the other two of the trio, just take this deer away. Also considering Regigias' 670 base stat, why isn't it here?
