Zurich899 Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 Ah, my bad. I copied the list to a text document so that I could keep track of them better, but the color-coding didn't copy over. It looked like there were two cells, but now that I look at the original list, it's clear there's only one.

There is a prerequisite to get it, you have to talk to one of the police officers at the main hall that they will mention the police officer there is lazy, talk to him twice at day time then go to the visitors lobby and talk to the police officer at day time then come back at night to get the key.

Warpstr Posted February 15, 2019 Posted February 15, 2019 If you dont get the coin case before Gearan is redeveloped the room in which the coin case should be is locked, sadly, unless its moved I dont see a way of getting it which means I cant complete the zubat mission, since there is no other way of getting flash
