You don't have to go there. Crawli's secret base is in the alonestanding tree next to a few rocks at the place where you enter the map for the first time, but it's only accessible from the back. You have to jump down from the ledges to reach it.

Nope, you don't need any more badges for rock climb to work, you simply must've beaten crawli for it.

Not sure what the (???) means, but Girafarig can be caught as a Shadow Pokemon.

Route 1 is Goldenleaf Forest. I don't remember Route 11 though.
