  1. This guy completely breaks the fight. Train it in Special Defense and HP. Preferably a Special Defense Nature. Move set is toxic, purify, recover (if you ban items in battle), and whatever else. Equip a chesto berry (they can be bought in town). Then t1, purify, she will lovely kiss. You will wake up, but now the field is gone, so she will miss a lot, toxic twice (because she has lum berry), and recover (or use a item if you are one of those people) whenever you are low. Easy win. Edit: This worked for me on Normal no items, so it should be pretty consistent.
  2. I would second the Pyukumuku suggestion that thing can be really good in any fight with the dimensional field, since it can just get rid of it forever. Fighting and or steel types are also pretty great here, so maybe get one of those. Electric types also help against her ace. Edit; Please note that using purify will make it a icy field instead, so consider bring some other moves to transform it into something else instead, for example, into a cave field and then make that into a volcanic field or something. This nullifies a lot of her advantage. Also I have never tried these, I beat her normally with no items, and it was a while ago, but if your struggling these suggestions should help somewhat.
  3. I hope not because it is such a dumb thing to make people do to get good items. Just make them available please, and make the one time use items be buyable or something. You can always implement a system to limit certain items to one per team (like in competitive/battle tower style). Edit: Also, literally only one Pokemon (well I guess Six) can learn the required moves for this. If this was intended, then we really should be given the fling and recycle TMs to help make it more accessible.
  4. I think the current version is 1.3.0.5 which is different right? Edit: Oof. You ninja'd me lol
  5. Are you sure they added the sidequests? The patch notes do not indicate this at all. It seems to be just bug fixes.
  6. To be fair, Meowth is basically one of the games Mascots, since it is in basically every episode of the anime. Pikachu also has a million forms if you count the hat/outfit forms.
  7. There already is a different form for Growlithe that will be in Legends Arceus. They could just implement that when the time comes. I like the idea for this form regardless, seems cool and interesting, I would use the good boi.
  8. Interesting list. My main disagreements are -Madame X should really be C tier, maybe even D. We still know basically nothing about her or her plan, which really just makes her bland and uninteresting, because right now she is just a masked lady that kills people. -Amanda doesn't need to be listed twice as they are the same character, same with Habuki and anyone else you listed twice, there are a lot of them but they are a single character and should be treated as such. -Madelis is probably C tier at worst, she actually has a character, and isn't just edgy like Madame X. -Rorim B is SSS tier, and so is Goomink, you treating them unfairly :( -The playable charcters should really not be on this list as they are such nothing characters, but maybe that is just me. The rest of the list I don't feel super strongly or against about.
  9. The Fenniken Quest can be started by surfing in the pyramid area after the 14th badge. A stick will just be sitting there now, then you bring it to a lady in Kakoriko village (the same one who Braxien was talking to way earlier in the game) and you trade the stick for a Fenniken. I don't recall seeing any of the others. EDIT: As for the Tepig, I did not see it in my recent playthrough, so it might just not exist anymore. Seem like it was possibly accidently removed when they changed the area? That or it is just somewhere else now.
  10. Yeah I think this is a bug tbh. The option might be bugged to save Rift Garb regardless of what you choose, as I encountered the same thing in my bad ending run.
  11. EV training is a thing from the start of the game now, you just need 60 AP, which you can grind for, you can also just use wild mons, which would be very time consuming, but doable. Similarly, breeding can be done with any Pokémon after the 8th gym (Ditto and Destiny knot are both available). So you can get perfect IV/EV's it just takes varying degrees of work. EDIT: Also, if you want to breed max IVs into your Pokemon in a "less" time consuming method, you can use the gift Sylveon, since it has perfect IVs and a very accessible egg group in the field egg group, so you can breed max IVs into any mon with it and a destiny knot. Note that using this method, you may have to breed max IVs into a pokemon in a diffrent egg group as a bridge. For example, if you wanted to breed a max IV gible that is in the dragon egg group, you would need to do something like this: breed Male Sylveon (or breed an Eevee that is male with max IV) and a female spheal (water/field egg group), then breed the male max Spheal with a Horsea (water/dragon egg group), the breed the male max IV horsea with a female gible, and bam you have a max IV Gible. With this method, you won't need to make a max IV mon from scratch (since the dittp from the other method, is very unlikely to be maxed out), still will take forever. Natrually, you will need to have the destiny knot equipped for this... Another alternative is to use the lady who maxs out your IVs, and have her Max a ditto. It is pricey but then you can do the breeding with the maxed out ditto plus destiny knot to easily get maxed out mons. Personally, I just use debug to skip the hassle/super long grind (but I only do it once I have the tools to do it legitimately, the EV cards, for EVs and Ditto/Destiny Knot for IVs).
  12. Yeah Route 4 is where I found mine for this very purpose. Alternatively, you can just have two Talonflames. At least, I assume that is what you need it for lol. A word of warning, the game locks you out of the PC after a certain point, which I think is before the So be sure to add the Talonflame(s) to your team first!
  13. Yeah checked Serebii. No pokemon get it as an egg move. On the bright side, there are actually THREE pokemon that learn it by level up. Oranguru, Articuno - Galar (which is a no go lol_, and Porygon-Z. So you can make trick room work if you are willing to use one of those two mons.
  14. Ah true. I know you can also get it by using one of the elemental monkeys with Thief - Fling - Recycle. This can also be used to get any held item that an enemy trainer has. Way to much work for me with both methods.
  15. Pyukumuku is a beast! That boy can solo a certain really hard rift fight later down the line. Would definitely recommend. Move Set should be - Purify (for removing the dark dimensional field) - Toxic (for killing stuff) - Recover (if you ban items, like I do then you will want recover to heal. If you allow bag items, then you can ignore this one) - And anything else really. I used gastro acid but it doesn't work on rift mon anyway, so whatever. Best item would of course be leftovers, but since we can't have that, I use Sitrus berry or Chestoresto berry (for a certain fight only) I would try to get one with a special defense nature (it can reduce anything other than defense) and then EV train it in Special Def/HP. It will be very useful for certain boss fights against single powerful mons.
  16. I know Gastro Acid, does nothing so I imagine this is the case for worry seed also.
  17. A screenshot of a random room wont help you find it lol. Just go to Wispy Ruins, the main area (accessible by the Pokemon Satan statue) and on the floor with the hole that you get dropped down, the room on the right has a strength puzzle, solve it to open up a hatch. It is down there if my memory serves me right. It is behind one of the badge doors, I think the 9th one?
  18. It can still be gotten while being kind to some people. If you do all the "bad outcomes" to quests/story events that is already 95 points. You just need to be mean to a single one of the major characters/Tesla and you have a 100, or 115 in the case of Tesla (as she gives you 20 points, instead of the normal 5). So you can be as nice as you want to a few people! A word of warning though, when I did this run recently, the hand over the time diamond option was bugged and hardlocks the game, forcing you to replace your save with a backup one (after hitting continue you spawn incorrectly and cannot move at all). I.E. the 10 points for handing it over are inaccessible, meaning events/quests can only give you 85 points, hence, you should be mean to 3 people, or just Tesla to get enough points, but that still lets you be nice to a few people. You can also just have lower karma by not doing all the sidequests, which also gives you bad ending points, in which case you might be able to get away with being mean to nobody. For example, in my game Aelita and Melia both really like me, and I still got the bad ending scene.
  19. Same. I played it a while ago tho, so I wasn't sure. It looked similar but I guess I am wrong!
  20. I think Sawk and Throh are references to a characters from Sesame Street. Dialga might be primal dialga from Pokemon Mystery dungeon, not sure tho. Glisgor is maybe two face, the batman villain , its face is split in half and two colors, on of them being a reddish burn color. Tangrowth is spaghetti The Staraptor shinies (yes there are multiple) all look like other bird Pokemon, such as Unefezent Deyoxs is ironman Castform is a rainbow Seviper and Zangoose look like each other Lugai kinda looks like shadow lugai maybe? Might be a stretch Marill/Azumarill look like the zombie ones in Snakewood, if my memories serve me right. EDIT: Just check and YES, they are the same. Spinarak and Aridos colors are swapped with each other Starmie and Cresselia both have starts to show their connection to astrology. Alakazam is a reference to a Pokemon horror game, I think it is called Nightmare Invasion? Goomink is a link reference (if that counts lol) Greninja is part of the bad guy organization from Naruto. The mushroom pokemon is a mario reference. The smaller form is the modern day power up mushroom, while the evolved one is the older mushroom, or the super shroom in some games. That is all I could find.
  21. I swear I have seen them up to the 90's. I could be wrong but maybe they just have a large lv range? Not that it really matters, leveling them up is easy enough with Audino trainers.
  22. As others have mentioned it is confirmed to be owned by Nymeria. Madame X says so herself.
  23. To get access to the scene that locks you into the bad ending you need 100 bad ending points, called bad ending calc in the game files. You get these from certain choices, which I will list below Again check this guide for more info. You will find it under "bad end calc"
