Like I said previously, Victoria's biggest character flaw is being unable to see the bigger picture. She does the *right* thing in the moment, with no real thought to long-term consequences of what she's doing. Stopping a newly arrived and rookie trainer from going into the slums IS a logical thing and right thing to do. Its just that if she had succeeded the Tangrowth couldn't have been stopped, and Florinia was waiting for us to arrive regardless. Her attempting to prevent a wrong leads to a bigger one down the line. The situation with Kiki is the same. Victoria is doing the right thing in stopping us from fighting her...but at the cost of those we are supposed to be saving, which she just can't seem to see anymore. That's the problem here. Its not that Victoria is a road-block per se, but rather how she's going about it. Fern also serves as a roadblock at some points, only he's doing it for selfish reasons, and hence is overall less annoying about it. Victoria is doing the same thing, but she's doing it for selfless reasons.

U-turn is not. Roost is, south of the scrapyard. If you head south like you were going to Titania's gym you'll get to a point where you can either continue toward the gym or go down. Go down, and there will be a train engine blocking a tm, which IIRC is roost.

After the city is restored you can buy them in the flower shop from one of the ladies at the desk.

Uh...why? The side-quests are built into the game at the point they are for a reason.

How did you delete it? Episode 18 should have just continued the 17 save. to OP: don’t worry too much about screwing up ev’s. If you’re far enough to get Ralts you should have access to EV reducing berries.

TBF Victoria is being kinda stupid here. It’s an established character trait that she’s totally unable to see the bigger picture.

Honestly Serra’s field works against her at least as much as it helps. Mirror shot totally wrecks her team, and they are all so dependent on the field to be good that shattering it basically rips the core out of her strategy.

If you have a Glameow you can get this one. Just take it to the salon in Obsidia that doesn't keep Glameow's around, talk to the lady on the right, and show her the Glameow. She'll battle you and give a Bounsweet as a reward.

Episode 19 is the end of Reborn. Ame has plans for other stuff going forward though. You don't have to do anything special. Just download the new one and start it up. It will continue your old save file automatically.
