  1. Anyone know where, if at all, the following Pokémon can be found? Rufflet, Archen, Aerodactyl, Rockruff, Mudbray, Rhyhorn, Feebas, Gabite, Axew, Tyrunt Also are the TMs for Earthquake or Bulldoze available?
  2. Shinyness as well as all other values are determined the moment you get the egg.
  3. Reborn and Rejuvenation are entirely different games made by different people. Rejuv just happens to also be hosted here because it's heavily inspired by Reborn. Reborn is close to finished but with its final update still a while away while Rejuv still has a fair bit more to go but the next update should happen before Reborn's. Both games are quite difficult so since you haven't played Pokémon in a long while you might have some issues, especially since the games have undergone some changes ever since G/S. Reborn is better balanced imo, but Rejuv has an easy mode that might help you get started.
  4. I don't even know where to start trying to understand TPC's plan here. Most likely noone would've batted an eye at this thing if they'd just dropped it in the other stream last week; it just would've gotten drowned out by DLC, New Snap and jokes about Smile. Instead however they made a big announcement about another new porject and made people wait a week just to slap this out. MOBAs tend to be hate-it-or-love-it for online communities so they really set themselves up for a mess.
  5. Does "hair" include hairstyles or only colours?
  6. Flying and Bug both get a decent variety of Pokémon early on but somewhat struggle with defensive coverage. Ground has somewhat of a slow start with few Pokémon having tot ank through a lot of hits (also Grand Hall Fern is a nightmare), but gets very strong around the midgame. Fire doesn't have too much variety but it's a lot of fun if you like hyper offensive playstyles. Grass gets a lot of variety early on but has to deal with its many weaknesses and the Pulse Tangrowths are a big blocking point if you didn't pick a certain starter. You get to abuse the hell out of Grassy Field from very early on however. Dark is honestly not that interesting unless you really like the availaible mons. Variety is a little low and the Type doesn't offer too much interesting strategic elements.
  7. All the either/or Event Pokémon are set when you start a new game, including the various eggs.
  8. The Hoppip outside South Obsidia Slums can spawn with Grassy Terrain as an egg move. Field moves are incredibly useful in a lot of battles where you can't change the Field otherwise and Grassy Field works well with Charmeleon/Charizard.
  9. It'd be a lot more helpful if you'd say which Pokemon you have rather than just listing their Types. For now I can only tell you that Ground Types tend to be very useful, especially fast ones with Earthquake. If you happen to have a Trapinch stashed I heartily recommend it as Flygon has nice typing, good stats and a great movepool. I'd also recommend a Flying Type or Pokémon with Levitate as a partner for Double Battles.
  10. Been doing a Grass Monotype and Roselia is an absolute champ so far. Hits hard with 100 base SpAtk, gets Giga Drain fairly early and Nature Power patches up the eh coverage in a lot of places. Roserade also gets Technician as Hidden Ability which can make some of the weak coverage moves a lot more useful and turns Magical Leaf into a 90 BP move that always hits.
  11. Feels like while battles and menus are much smoother with the game-z.exe moving around feels quite choppy. There's a short bit of lag every few steps, both on foot and when using the bike, and area transitions have about a second of lag as well. Reminds of how the game played back on my old potato laptop but it shouldn't be a hardware issue. I use the modular modpack in case that might have an influence.
  12. Ghost Types can't be trapped so it's probably that.
  13. Yeah that's where you'll find Amber and Tesla
  14. Serra's Froslass and my Zoroark just each missed three attacks in a row.

Mirror Field is a fun and balanced field.

  15. You don't open the save files, you remove the old "Game.rxdata" file (backup it somewhere just in case) and then rename the Backup file that you wnat to use to Game.rxdata
  16. Unless the Daycare man specifically says they "prefer playing with other Pokémon than each other" breeding still works. If that's what he's saying check that you have the correct genders I guess because there shouldn't be anything that prevents them from breeding.
  17. Is the Buneary inheriting any other moves? There's a priority to which moves the Pokémon gets if there are more than four. According to Bulbapedia Buneary's Lv.1 moves are Frustration, Defense Curl, Splash, Pound and Foresight. If it hatches with any moves other than those try deleting them from the parents to "free up" the list.
  18. There is no move called Bluff, do you mean Fake Out? If so make sure your Meowth didn't replace it with any new moves it learned from leveling up in the daycare.
  19. Game Corners are universally torture and I'm so fucking glad Gen V ditched them completely.
  20. There's also Sceptilite, Pidgeotite, Houndoomite, Glalitite and Steelixite of the top of my head.
  21. I like Decidueye being Ghost, it makes it stand out among the Starters; they honestly need more unusual Type combinations to make them more distinct from each other. Archeops actually used to be available much earlier than it is now which made it a great alternative to Aerodactyl. Now it's moved back to I think the same point that Aerodactyl is available which makes it a lot less interesting unfortunately. It actually has a higher Atk than even Mega Aerodactyl but that one having Tough Claws means it still hits harder while also being ridiculously fast.
  22. Wide Guard is one of those moves you really never need in the official games but Reborn loves its OP Doubles so much that it's super useful for setting up. Especuially since the AI isn't smart enough to not spam Rock Slides against it. Charlotte's team is mostly frail attackers so with enough boosts - Field, weather, held item - a powerful attack like Eruption can rip through her even with the Type resistance. I used a Drought Ninetales with Heat Wave and the Metronome held item on Typhlosion.
  23. Flying is a pretty cool Monotype; since almost all Flying Types are dual Typed you get a pretty wide variety of Type combinations to choose from. My favorite combinations were Jumpluff's Grassy Field + Charizard's Heat Wave and Archeops' Rockslide + something with Mirror Move. Poor Decidueye tho, just gettinng dumped like that. How could you.
