With a smirk, he decided to make sure it ended quickly. "C'mon, that's it? Just a few icicles? I got hit with a whole javelin earlier, surely you gotta have more..." Perhaps it was the obvious bait or the taunt, but whatever the case was, Lysander had it in him to fire a few more icicles to end the soldier's life and bring him down to the same level as his comrade. "Do you think I'm going to let you get away with what you did to Orchid with your foul magic!?" Before the Scholar can react, a knife is hurled into his gut, and then another knife manages to pierce right through his heart, killing him before he can even react. Powder Miner Posted April 27, 2020 Share Posted April 27, 2020 Lizaveta chose not to be too concerned about Baldur eating dust -- it wasn't uncommon to hit the floor sometimes, as long as it wasn't.... like the whole encounter with Death, and, well, it was Baldur, so him squirming a little while Tabitha approached wasn't the worst thing in the world. Instead, she chose to focus on the remaining guards, sliding up beside Ferdiad's large presence (they were doing a lot better with him back around, huh...?) and pulling out a tome. (And, well, she couldn't resist hitting the guards with a bit of rhetoric.) "The time has come for your king's corrupt, sinful deeds to end! See how we carve our way through you? She was angry at him for making a stupid mistake but at the same time felt she needed to calm down given her last incident. However given she knew Orchid could take it she slammed her staff into his back and began to heal his wounds.
