krim Posted October 30, 2016 Author Posted October 30, 2016 This is true. Planning on fixing the generally male biased generic population to make things more equal.
InnocentSerenity Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 They'll still be generic, but a bit less generic.
Aurorix Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 We all have weaknesses regarding fighting female characters and strengths giving us more crit. ~~~~~~~~~ Actually, Belros doesn't have a weakness with female units. I guess you could call him the lady killer of the group
Sutoratosu Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 We all have weaknesses regarding fighting female characters and strengths giving us more crit. ~~~~~~~~~ Cade sends Xyr Regards
Bfroger6 Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Actually, Belros doesn't have a weakness with female units. I guess you could call him the lady killer of the group Well, I can kill girls. The problem is they can kill me easier than I kill them </3
rustytengo Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Hmm....I just realized that I should of given Reggi Blossom instead of cancal.
krim Posted October 30, 2016 Author Posted October 30, 2016 Characters can still be changed (before the deadline) as long as one of us is notified of the changes and confirms that they are alright. Changing to Blossom should be fine.

InnocentSerenity Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Where's all the really weird number stat growths? C'mon, I want to see specifically 57% growths or something.
rokubiraijuu Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Where's all the really weird number stat growths? C'mon, I want to see specifically 57% growths or something. too much math necessary for my poor brain :'D
krim Posted October 30, 2016 Author Posted October 30, 2016 (edited) Growths don't really use math. They're based on rolls. It's just....all the other calculations that are based on math. Edit: Just now realizing what you meant by that. Oops. Ignore the above Edited October 30, 2016 by DragonMasterKrim
grasssnake485 Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 too much math necessary for my poor brain :'D Calculus has made me eternally hate all math
InnocentSerenity Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Calculus has made me eternally hate all math Good thing we're playing a game all about math-type calculations.
Sutoratosu Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Good thing we're playing a game all about math-type calculations. Me and fucking math in general:
rokubiraijuu Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 i'm with sutaratosu on this one yeah i was like 'it's all math but the gm handles all those calcs right :'D" until i realized that in order to get an idea of my own hit and AS forecast i have to do it myself and then i cried
grasssnake485 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Oh gods. I haven't played FE in so long, what are the damage and hit formulas again?
rokubiraijuu Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Oh gods. I haven't played FE in so long, what are the damage and hit formulas again? i think they're all in the player's handbook that's on the first post in the rules section
pbood2 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 I love math despite sucking in calculus and functions in gr 12 lol. I like the simple math with numbers for addition, subtraction, division and multiplication not the complicated junk math. It's why I'm pursuing accounting field of career. I don't mind calculating my own things if need be. 2 more days until we learn who will be part of this rp. Super excited.
InnocentSerenity Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Oh gods. I haven't played FE in so long, what are the damage and hit formulas again? Hit rates (Chance to Hit) (Weapon Hit + [sKL x 2] + [LUK / 2] + Weapon Triangle Bonus) Attack Skill (If you have an advantage of at least 4, you can hit twice) (SPD - [Weapon Weight - {CON + Proficiency Bonus}]). Any Negative counts as 0 Dodge Rate (...Rate of dodging.) (AS x 2 + LUK) All the formulas you really need to know, really.
krim Posted October 31, 2016 Author Posted October 31, 2016 I'll be covering most of the formula work, although yeah if you want to calc it yourself you'll need that stuff ^There's also other things like crit chance and crit avoid which are in the handbook.
InnocentSerenity Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Crits never happen, Krim, what are you talking about? RNG is a total nice person and doesn't make 1% criticals hit us.
krim Posted October 31, 2016 Author Posted October 31, 2016 Crits never happen, Krim, what are you talking about? RNG is a total nice person and doesn't make 1% criticals hit us. What? Put killer weapons everywhere? Done.
rokubiraijuu Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 I'll be covering most of the formula work, although yeah if you want to calc it yourself you'll need that stuff ^ There's also other things like crit chance and crit avoid which are in the handbook. yeah i figure we probably shouldn't send units in to attack enemies without at least having an idea of the battle forecast x'D well, i mean, we could, but that could probably end badly
grasssnake485 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Don't remind me of the time when my casual lunatic playthrough ended early due to Chrom dying to a 1% crit.
InnocentSerenity Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Don't remind me of the time when my casual lunatic playthrough ended early due to Chrom dying to a 1% crit. Why do we play this game?
