I thought the Xenpurgis Nacht would be a reference to the Walpurgis Nacht, the night of the witches' sabbath from folktales and times where witch hunts occured. It is also mentioned in literaure like 'Faust', where weird and evil looking beings are present. It sounds to me like Xenpurgis would be some terrifying plan from Team Xen, like the vaccines actually containing rift matter which will be activated during that night and transform lots of civilians, or encase the whole city in a gigantic Dimensional Rift. But I got curious when you mentioned Madoka, since an anime reference kinda seems more likely. I haven't watched it, but reading about Walpurgisnacht from the anime really makes it sound like some frightfully strong Rift mon, which would explain why Flora was so scared that she would try to murder Cassandra, the one in control of the Xenpurgis.

I think only Do nothing is the right choice and will progress the story, the other one would also give you Game Over, not sure if I remember correctly though. As for me, I chose do nothing because I didn't like the first two options, I thought it would lead to a better outcome and thankfully it did.

Depends on the field I think, cause every pokemon needs an advantage, and it's probably gonna be the Factory field unless they add a new one for Saki in V13. And due to the new moves and abilities in Gen8 there's bound to be some additions to the already existing fields as well. For example Steel Beam might cause less recoil damage or so, and Stalwart could give a boost. Aegislash is so strong it wouldn't care about the field, and Scizor's Technician would boost up to 80 base power moves, but Copperajah and Klefki don't look like they'll fit in. Klinklang isn't the best, but gets heavily boosted on that field, and Bastiodon with its Crest might be interesting as well. Although it could be she has some other mon with a new crest that gets added in V13. And she'll probably have a Mega-Duraludon, would be the perfect opportunity. Also maybe, from now on, gym leaders will have legendaries since we've reached the last quarter, and since opponents from here on out seem to have some as well, like the Red-haired Silver surfer with an Ultrabeast, or Damien as potential Dragon leader with Latios. Would be cool to see a Magearna or Genesect on her team. Duraludon is already confirmed on her team from that Twitter account Zumi linked. But I like the idea of Togedemaru

Don't worry, you did the right thing by not ignoring it, or else this kind of behaviour would just continue. People who belittle others are never in the right, don't think it's your fault for being sensitive. And there can be countless ways to beat a game, so of course noone can always think of all the options. I'm sure that most of us, when we were less experienced, didn't beat every opponent with the best strategy either and also struggled a lot. After all, humans aren't perfect. You need to break brittle parts on the walls with Rock smash. Most of them just have small rooms behind them, but one of them will lead you there. That one is located where the train you used to escape was located. And don't forget to bring someone with Headbutt, cause that's how you get them by interacting with the tall steel beam.

Those really good items are intentionally available very late to make the game more difficult. Choice items, Leftovers and Assault Vest all aren't available yet unfortunately, but Eviolite and Life Orb can be found during Chapter 14. I suggest looking for Plates from mining, and using a mon with Compoundeyes like Butterfree to search for items held by wild pokemon. That way you can get some good items very early, like Black Sludge from wild Trubbish, Bright Powder from Wurmples, Metronome from Kricketots, Wide Lens from Yanma.
