Not at your progress, you can catch a Gastly after the 16th badge. The only other option is to get lucky with the mystery egg which can have Gastly (out of 18 options)

I think it would be better to write out your whole move sets, since you're asking for advice on them. Might as well write the abilities, and for Lycanroc knowing the form would also be helpful. It would generally be better not to have too many moves of the same type on one pokemon, like Aggron doesn't need Metal Claw when he's got Iron Head, and even though I can see why you would want Flamethrower and Mystical Fire, only one would be better so you can use another type of move or a support move like Light Screen. You definitely need to change Samurott's moves, cause having only Water moves is a waste of move slots. Reteach it Swords Dance and another non-Water Physical move, but keep Aqua Jet and either Aqua Tail or Razor Shell, depending on if you value more power or accuracy, though I'd teach it Waterfall.

If it were referring to the Fire type it would be written with capital F, and the description doesn't say "type"; it's just misleadingly worded. It's already a dating sim for Melia. Melia got swept by Tuffpuff; at least Jan confirmed that she lost to it, but didn't mention whether Risa used other mons as well. And I really hope Risa isn't the Red Binch cause she's one of my favorites, so her being an antagonist would suck On the other hand, I'm curious why Jan would name Freya as one of his favorite characters. I guess there'll be much more development including her and probably some very interesting turning point where her real intentions and her position in this whole affair are revealed.

Dewgong is more of a defensive mon, since its best stats are HP and his defenses. I think the best strategy would be using Toxic stall, but that's available pretty late. So you really should switch it out, since it would take too long to get a competitive Dewgong running. Maybe wait until you get to Chrysolia forest, there's an Eevee you can evolve into Vaporeon.

I don't have an original sprite for Buizel, only the black ones. But I guess Landorus' back sprites have just been overlooked. On that note, Crobat's shiny is also the original colors (blue and purple switched) instead of yellow like the rejuv sprites of Zubat and Golbat.

The Hypno should be extremely helpful, after changing the terrain you'll be able to hit hard with Earthquake again. Also you can Twave the Toxapex and then leave it alive while taking care of Aya's other mons. Also you should relearn Calm mind on Swoobat, with Simple as ability it's really strong. (Move relearner is available after Aya though)

Cherrim from the rooftop of the Hotel gets Petal dance when you evolve it, her Rock types should be easy with that. also just like redcell said, Noibat will become very useless over time before you can use it. You can get both stones only after the Nim fight. There's a static Lunatone in the cave behind her which can hold a Moon stone, just bring a Butterfree with Compound eyes to increase your chance. As for the Shiny stone, there's a Help quest in the next town: From the V12 Item guide: Thief's Dungeon (Get an Item! Quest) +Shiny Stone (before the exit taken if the board had the left door choice) +Dusk Stone (before the exit taken if the board had the middle door choice) +Ice Stone (before the exit taken if the board had the right door choice)

Above Sugiline Cave's entrance, there's a path to the right which leads to ruins and dirty puddles. But if you find at least 3 oases in the desert and touch the Star shards to make them disappear, the Tower will appear at the ruins' place. There's some nice stuff and even two statics (Honedge and Mimikyu). The problem is that there's a diffcult puzzle to get to the top, and it often doesn't appear even after you found 3 oases (it always takes me at least 10 oases until it appears), which is why I doubt that Ttar will even get the TM, let alone find the tower.

Well Fire types can still be useful against Titania if you teach them Will-o-Wisp, but there's no way Ttar will find the Mirage Tower by accident, not even if someone were to tell him how since he'd likely get sidetracked by something and just forget about it.

It's likely the red haired one. Not only because she appears in all those pics, but also because of the way the sentences are worded, especially the previous post where she says "it's nothing personal" sounds exactly like what she said to Keta.
