  1. its worth noting the only things u get from beating madame x is a bit of money and around 40kish exp iirc........... otherwise nothing else is changed aside from the chance of many items being used for essentially no reason because as of v9 she is a fight you are supposed to lose against
  2. nah ive seen shiny hunters with worse luck u think 400 fails is bad? try over 6000 edit: the only issue i have with the kip line is lack of water STAB as he only has water gun and muddy water for water STAB the latter he dont get til 39 as a swampert....... at least by then u should in theory have access to other water moves iirc
  3. i chose mudkip for my run mainly cuz i liekz teh mudkipz......... plus amanda even says "i herd u liek mudkipz" if u choose it
  4. there's actually quite a few audino trainers scattered about...... one of the easiest to access that i can remember atm is on the ship that u take to end up at the island (iforget the names but its the ship u hijack to get off blacksteeple isle)
  5. iirc the TM store is thawed via the magma stone thru enough story progression............. if not then a side quest but i forget which exactly but i know in my file (end game of v10) the store is indeed thawed out, albeit i can never seem to have the merchants appear but it is thawed all the same
  6. if im not mistaken the when it says u earned an achievement the number of AP shown on screen with the achievement in question isnt the amount you have total but in fact the amount the achievement rewards you
  7. any specific reason u wanna start over on mac aside from getting any missed content out of curiosity? note it is possible to return to the old areas after finishing v10 by heading to grand dream city rail station and using the warp tile there so u can tend to a lot of potentially missed stuff much like what ive done.............either way ur choice, was just genuinely curious is all
  8. not sure if this was ever addressed or ever even mentioned but it feels like enabling fast forward increases the encounter rate even if ur walking............. and if ur running with fast forward on and have no repels then it feels like ur getting into an encounter nearly every 5 or so steps EDIT: its worth noting this was happening to me both in v9 and v10........ idk if it was a thing before then as i started playing as of v9
  9. its probably because they are at the level cap for your current amount of badges............. as of v10 it seems that if a pokemon reaches the level cap for whatever amount of badges the player is currently holding they will stop recieving exp until a new badge is acquired......... once said badge is acquired then exp can once again be obtained
  10. idk where the best place to ask this as idk if a topic about it has been made and if so by all means redirect the post as/if needed but anyways we're allowed to post our trainer cards from rejuv with our posts correct? granted it probably has to be as a signature of sorts or something im guessing which is fine but i was just curious and felt like it would be cool if i could post my team alongside my messages if at all possible........... also in the event it is possible is there any sort of special trainer card creator for rejuv that is used as i have seen some rejuv themed cards as sigs and would probably be best for me at least to make my team in a card using one of them
  11. idk if im having a selective sight moment or if there ever was anything mentioned but was there ever a changelog posted for v10 that noted all the differences between v9 and v10 such as possible different teams used by various trainers or anything else that may have been changed? if there was one then i must be blind cuz i cant find it for the life of me
  12. speaking of the AP store, how does one access it? does it require a specific amount of story progression or something else in particular?
  13. i didnt really know the best place to ask this since idk how many know if its even supposed to exist or not but a couple days ago i saw someone on youtube playing version 10 and were in the past when during a battle i saw the text "exp all" appear after a enemy pokemon fainted............. how does one obtain said exp all in v10 or could that have been something they added personally somehow? Edit: its also of note it was NOT during the where love lies side story either that i saw the item in question in the video
  14. idk if the old lady on the 3rd floor is supposed to be like this but after beating her lvl 11 abra she goes into a lvl 49 kadabra which with a dark type can be taken down in around 2 hits so long as they use a physical dark move and have decent attack stat............. and then there's the elephant in the room and by that i mean her last mon is a blasted lvl 93 alakazam o.o idk if thats intentional even for intense mode or not but yeesh that seems a little much............. im hoping its not intentional but imma keep trying even with the alakazam that high even tho im effectively signing my party's death contract so to speak pitting a bunch of 19-25 mons against a lvl 93
  15. i dont believe this was asked yet so just in case............. when it said in the desc of the modpack about the shared PC effecting multiple save files does it mean just the backups or entirely different save files? and in the event of the latter how would it work exactly (what i mean is would i have to just rename each save like say my end of v10 save to something so that i can access it AND my new v10 save or would i need to have multiple windows of rejuvenation open to do it) cuz if it would seem tedious just to constantly rename specific files over and over just for that not that i have much of an issue with it but nonetheless
  16. i dont know if this was part of the lightningrod fix in the most recent patch or if it was even intentional or not but i figured i would mention it just in case................ when battling for the 12th badge (i was playing on intense mode if that is of any help btw) whenever i would try and use volt tackle/thunderbolt with my raichu (kantonian forme) lightningrod would trigger from my own raichu and render it useless............. up until that point i have never had lightningrod backfire on me in the sense of having it activate when my raichu would use an electric type move note i was able to win the battle even with that issue but in the event it wasnt intentional and also was not part of the lightningrod fix i figured i'd bring it up to be safe
