  1. I believe there are 12 so far...? Definitely 12 badges, at least
  2. I was just curious if anyone has ever tried using a Ditto against a PULSE Pokemon, and if they have what happened?
  3. So are all fossil pokemon rock type because rock was the first type, evolutionarily speaking, or is the rock typing just an artifact of the resurrection process? Are they rock type because the became fossils? Hmmm...

So then, in your opinion, before they were fossilized they weren't rock types?

Seems likely. though on the other hand, maybe they only became well-preserved fossils because of them being originally rock types?

Oh, that's an interesting idea. All the fossils are rock type pokemon because only rock type pokemon turn into well-preserved fossils. I hadn't considered that.

  4. Anyone else find it dumb that Oricorio can't learn Rain DANCE?

@Wolfox Rain Dances are actual dances, though, so it would make sense for Oricorio to learn it. But hey, this is Pokemon we're talking about after all.

I know rain dances are a real thing, I just said that the move isn't a dancing move. just lick Sucker Punch not being a Punching move

It's called Rain Prayer in Japanese. That's likely why it didn't make it into Oricorio's learnset.

  5. Wow, 125bp Double Slap (If it hits 5 times...) .... plus STAB if you're getting worked over by some fairy like Wigglytuff.... *starts sobbing*
  6. The Sawsbuck's Rump (haha), The Dancing Deerling, The Ursaring's Respite, The Forest's Curse, The Harbor in the Arbor (or the Arbor Harbor), The Frenzy Plant, The Laughing Leafeon, The Hunter's Harbor, The Arbok's Glare, The Smoking Charmander, The Thirty-Point Sawsbuck (based on the local legend of a 30-point sawsbuck), The Hunting Hawlucha. Well that was fun.
  7. I found that file too! I was crazy confused. I was half thinking there was some sort of insane hidden event in the train yard.
  8. Well, Gible's Dragon Rage can be pretty dang helpful
  9. Also, Curse. You could use focus band/sash to put a Curse on him.
  10. Sorry this a bit late of a post, but have you played Super Pokemon Eevee Edition? It has an item synthesizing system, so maybe you could take a look at that and see what you like and don't like, get ideas, etc. I thought it was pretty cool.
  11. Does anyone else feel like Jynx was left out when we got Magmortar and Electivire?

    1. seki108

      seki108

It definitely was, since they had the trio thing going for the first two gens at least.

I would love to see what you could make a Jynx evolution look like. Considering it got all that "stereotyping" trouble, maybe it was better to leave it alone?

let's not open the "is jynx racist" can of worms, cuz that usually doesn't end well. (it's not btw. it never had any intention to be at least). but I feel the same

  12. So this file is being run in the 02 version of 17, but the file was created in 16... Okay, I'll report it. Probably just going to quote you there, it's a little over my head. Thanks for your help.
  13. Well, I have them now, but the room is empty
  14. Hey, sorry if this a dumb question. I paid that guy to move who's normally blocking espurr, but I didn't go check the house right away because I didn't have pokesnax. I went back after clearing team meteor from the plant and the room is empty... Is this an Ep 17 change, or does espurr disappear or...? Thanks!
  15. So I've been watching pokemon XY... I find Sylveon infinitely more creepy now... with it's flesh tentacles...

  16. @Octavius Hey again. I felt like doodling and I thought of your pokemon ideas. I wanted to try and draw one because I liked the ideas so much. Here's my attempt at Cherraphim based on your description. You'll have to forgive my low-level art skills and the crappy quality of the photo xD
  17. Well welcome then! Even though you've been around for a bit now
  18. Anagram-ing can be very useful if you're just trying to make something up (So you think of the word "table" and start switching around the letters, batel, ablet, elbat, etc.) Also, if you have a history for the thing you're trying to name, you can think what a likely name would be based on who would have named it, what language do they speak, what is important to them culturally... etc. Also, a place might have multiple names from different people. So the people who live outside of the forest might call it Lokell woods, for the Lokell tribesmen that live in/around it (Their name for the Lokell's, not what the Lokell's call themselves), while the Lokell's themselves would have a different name for it, "Akandash" (deep "a" sound, back of the throat) based on their own language. ANYWAY, the point I was trying to make is it might be helpful/fun/easier to think of names if you think of the history of the place, the people, basically the setting as a whole. Sorry if this came off as snobbish or anything, good luck!
  19. Haha, wow, I think this is the greatest act of human kindness I've ever witnessed. A six IV ditto traded away.
