I'd scavenge for rare Pokemon with a flock of Murkrow to sell on 7th street. Team: Honchkrow Gyarados Golurk And any Murkrow nearby that would be lured by Honchkrow's cry.

An underrated pick you could use is Tangrowth. It has a great early level up move pool, physical tank potential which your current team doesn't really have and the grass typing which covers the weaknesses of Typhlosion and Archeops.

Picking the right Pokemon for the right area

So I'm kind of aiming at a fan game that has all Pokemon available to obtain. So I need suggestions in which area's certain Pokemon appear. That means I'm asking you which kind of Pokemon would fit in an Amazon Forest kind of environment and would be unlikely to appear anywhere else?

Rebornian Magikarp Ghost/Dragon. Some think it's a myth, others know the truth. Magikarp was axed in a previous patch but some still believe it's ghost still haunts the city, seeking revenge on unwary non-believers. -
Besides non-battle practicality, I think flying would be the most fun to use.

I don't think it's possible to have event only moves in Reborn

For me it's Cacturne. It's stats are pretty bad, but it's move pool is pretty good and unique. It can learn spiky shield to tank a hit and do a bit of damage which can be paired with leech seed. You can compensate it's low speed with sucker punch. It also has a bunch of great physical and special moves since both are viable. Special moves could be paired up with Nasty Plot. Spikes is also an option. Counter + Focus Sash is also pretty good because of his low defences.
