It learns Baby-Doll eyes at level 9 and Charm at level 29. Those are all the fairy moves it can learn by level up.

Your UU team looks very offensive and doesn't have a lot of speed. Maybe try switching Swampert for a more defensive mon. For the speed part you could try using something like Crobat. I can't really help you with the Ubers team, I don't play Ubers.

Pyroar could also work for The Netherlands. I think Bibarel would work better with Canada. Ursaring or Beartic for Russia. Pangoro for China. Kangaskhan or Komala for Australia.
