Check the "Sandbox Mode" , there is an npc who lets you change your IVs. You can find it in the Mod Market.

Dimensional rift locations have been redone in the previous few versions so that is probably why. -

Gen 7 pokemon aren't available in version 4.1.1 as gen 7 wasn't released/was very new when v4 came out.

Manaphy isn't available yet, though Phione is available in the Tourmaline Desert (Fishing or surfing don't really remember which in water area next to Mirage Tower)

Is your computer slow or do you have anything open in the background? Also did you try making the window small?

Are you going to add the Ultra Necrozma and Ash greninja scripts or did you already add them? Good luck with testing and AI.

It was like that originally but due to it being overpowered, it got taken down by the feds and it no longer works.

Are you using any mods? If you are that could have been the issue. I would suggest downloading a clean game and starting again, since it won't be much of an issue because you are only in the beginning.

In order to use the item radar function you have to have it in your bag, since it is a new save you don't so it doesn't work. Simple ☺

I doubt any pokemon in rejuvenation are shiny locked so bad luck, i guess. Keep trying
