    There is also a program called "Gemini" which is a custom script editor for RPG Maker XP, VX and VXA. That could be used as well though I'm sure the devs are already is aware of this?..

    No, this game is based on gen 6. (ORAS, XY) Torkoal didn't have drought in gen 6.

    If you just downloaded it, the file name should say Reborn 18.2, if it does and the problem still occurs, i'm sorry this is as far as i go

    Are you playing on Reborn v18.2? If yes, check if you have a file named AAA in your "Mods" folder. If you do, delete it and try again.

    Why didn't you know? Probably because they haven't been implemented yet

    I suggest doing a completely new playthrough as it will be the final version of the game and minor changes are usually applied to early-game instances.

    As Kithas said above, changing the form parameter from 0 to 1/2 (if it has multiple other forms) should do the trick.

    there is a link item obtained mid-way through the game before blackview city, just outside the small town. (Where there's an elder talking about trading)

    The shiny rate is lower than Reborn and Rejuvenation, though I don't recall what percent exactly. You can find a guide for speeding up the game in the link below.

    You can also mute the game in the volume mixer. (Right click on sound in the taskbar)

    Probably to free the bladestar grunts/other prisoners, though as of v11 they can't be used.
