    Debug mode is fairly easy to add so if Jan allows him to he could probably do it.

    Yes, it works with all pokemon not just the available ones.

    Relationship points were added in e16 iirc so your save is probably old and didn't get the old relationships since you've already finished the events and gotten no relationship points. If you play a fresh save from the beginning you will be able to get all the points no problem.

    The game's original Scripts.rxdata contains the code necessary for the modular mods to function properly, so there is no need for another Scripts.rxdata. All you have to do is copy the Mods folder into the Data folder and you should be set.

    Interact with the diary, then when it says "should you really read this?" say no, then say yes to Titania when she asks you if you read it (to not lose any points you lose points if you do anything else)

    Replace the "Scripts.rxdata" file in the "Data" folder with the one I've attached and you should be able to speed up using ALT like Reborn. Scripts.rxdata

    Check the "Sandbox Mode" , there is an npc who lets you change your IVs. You can find it in the Mod Market.

    Gen 7 pokemon aren't available in version 4.1.1 as gen 7 wasn't released/was very new when v4 came out.

    Is your computer slow or do you have anything open in the background? Also did you try making the window small?
