Yea that's why I said an open ending would be fine but if every single potential love interest ends up in an explicit romantic relationship with another non player character, that would kinda kill any potential ships. Btw, there's no romance or there's no romance routes? Because the latter could mean you end up with person X and there's just no option to pick a different person. I'm curious because it looks like you're being careful to add "routes/options" after romance even though I never brought it up. I was talking about romance in general. It's possible Jan just meant you wouldn't be able to pick between different characters but I don't know his exact quotes. Just to sum up my preferences: Romance options>Romance>open/friendship ending>>getting cucked (7 times).

Isn't she Maria? I thought it was pretty much confirmed at this point. But I don't see how Melia is like Ame at all. Ame just shows up occasionally and doesn't do much other than get you started on your journey and then later some league stuff until she gets killed. Meanwhile Melia is way more involved in the story and has more of a personality. If anything Jan's character would be closer to Ame. But yea Aelita would definitely be the second choice. If that falls through I can just go down the list (Lavander, Crescent, Ana, Alice, Saki, Amber) until I run out of waifu candidates. Rejuv has a fair amount actually. There's any? Your sentence is confusing me but from the general tone I assume you're trying to say that Jan has yes confirmed that there will be no romance between the player and any of the characters. Well that's pretty disappointing since Rejuv lets you build much stronger relationships with the characters than any other fangame I've seen (other than potentially Desolation if that ever keeps going). I guess an open ended friendship thing would be fine as long as the player doesn't get straight up cucked on every single front. In any case, Jan probably should have just not said anything and let us dream.

If the help center requests are changed, you're probably locked out from it forever. Next time I recommend completing all the help center requests as soon as they become available since a lot of them end up impacting the main story as well.

Does it really matter considering all the other nonsensical technology related shit we've seen in Rejuv? Like all of Saki's contraptions for example or more recently these androids (?) flying around. Maybe Melia is an elite haxor and she somehow fixed it. Or some time travel shenanigans. Or the laser wasn't broken and she just needed to give it a little power using a Pokemon or something. She seemed to know what she was doing regarding the snag machine so it's not beyond the realm of belief that she figured out how to fix a laser that wasn't even directly damaged. " Not everybody, just Neved. The rest of them are just hired grunts with no authority to touch her without Neved's permission after he took her in. People probably did see some of her face under the hood but they might not all know what Melia looks like and she's a few years older anyway. Especially the guards probably had no idea team Xen was looking for her. Again Neved would be the only one you'd definitely expect to recognize her so that's on him that he didn't (presumably). You would have been skewered by Madame X if Melia hadn't shown up. You can ask Jan why the player wouldn't just leave his Pokemon out to fight her after having already beaten Yveltal. As for Kannon, Melia most likely thought of him as a little kid she's being nice to just because she feels sorry for him. In any case I definitely wouldn't worry about him as a romantic rival now that he's gotten his memories back since he's probably not interested himself at this point. Venam on the other hand, it's definitely possible although it's kinda annoying how these days 2 girls can't be close friends without everybody and their mother assuming they're lesbians and shipping them. Personally I think Venam probably does like her romantically but at least right now I don't think Melia sees Venam in that way. I think she probably just sees Venam as her best friend but that could obviously change depending on how the story progresses or really if Jan just says so. I mean really he could change the nature of their relationship on a whim whether he planned it a certain way or not.

I sided with Flora whenever possible and I'm pretty sure the story plays out exactly the same. She still completely hates me, says she should have killed me back at the forest, the plan falls apart after the phone call and she gets arrested. I assume that's what happens either way since nothing even remotely resembling friendliness with Flora happened in this version.

It was a male farmer standing there for me so that's interesting. You did do the Inkey quest at the farm where you set up fake Miltanks for them to abduct right? If yes then I'm out of ideas other than trying the same things again in the off chance something worked.

The one with the Inkey's and Dr. Jenkel (or whatever his name is) where they are kidnapping the miltanks? If yes, maybe try talking to the farmer guy in Honec woods before going off to the Goomy city. He should be there close to the ranch entrance but I'm not sure if it's quest related. Still might be worth a shot. Also at the castle make sure you try to go through the door, don't just talk to the guards.

Didn't she hack the lasers to paralyze Madame X or something? It's been a while since I've played it but I'm positive she did something to help you there otherwise what would be the point of sending her in the first place.

Oh yea you probably need to do the ranch quest first so the guy will let you in. As for how to do that, you probably need to have completed all the help center requests so the Inkey sub plot will progress. After that you probably just talk to the people at the ranch and the quest will start. Not entirely sure, it's been a while.

Go into the castle first. It's very big and at the top of the village. In there you talk to the Goodra king/queen, then the princess, then back to the goomy and the quest will progress.

It's a door to one of the rooms to the left of where you found her collapsed. There should be 2 doors next to each other and it's the one on the right. Inside is a life orb + her diary with some lore.

In the pyramid near the top where the spring water is stored before it's purified and released into the spring. Just surf over it and the stick is on the ground. No idea what it does though.

Obviously your reward for winning all those battles is Melia's company. What more do you want? On a serious note, I don't think she shows any real lack of appreciation. Yea not every scene flows perfectly but I think that's more to do with the writing rather than Melia intentionally taking you for granted. True friends help each other out and don't keep score about who's done more for who. But she did save your ass at Blacksteeple castle for what it's worth.

I'll try to respond to a few of your points but these quotes are annoying so I won't use any more. From the dialogue I think the real Amanda isn't a robot but the one we've been seeing is just an imposter. " WE CAN TALK? " That was the biggest mindfuck moment in Rejuv so far. The Nim fight was so annoyingly hard. You can't prevent her from setting up Trick Room because of that stupid rage powder and the field also blocks priority moves while giving all her mons boosts. After many attempts (and losing 2 battles because of hydro pump misses) I settled on stalling the trick room out with calm mind Sylveon and it was an easy sweep as soon as it ended. As for why Nim is working with Crescent, Crescent saved Nim after she got turned to stone and dropped into a volcano then brainwashed her or something and she's been working for Crescent since then. Regarding the fight vs Melia and Aelita, I figured out what was going on the second I saw the Togekiss. Admittedly the fact that Reborn already did the same thing probably helped. In that situation you should probably back away from everybody and tell them not to draw unless they're you're enemy. If you just fight alone and never lose then it doesn't matter who you're fighting. But honestly your Pokemon would probably be able to tell. For example I've got a Weavile and a Greninja that are both immune to Psychic attacks. " As for Isiah, uhhhh, i have no idea what to think, the twist is certainly unexpected " That part was pretty anticlimactic honestly. Not the reveal itself but the fact that you just have a fairly easy 1v1 battle and I guess Isiah expected you to just stand there like a moron while he does his brain transfer thing. How stupid and incompetent does he think we are? I mean there's 3 of us and he has no Pokemon left. My Weavile could probably kill him with ice shard before he got anywhere near the machine. Not like Ren or Venam needed to show up or really anybody except the player. Oh and if anybody is wondering what his final warning was about, IT'S THOSE FUCKING INJECTIONS I 100% guarantee it. They were suspicious as fuck from the start and I couldn't believe how stupid our characters were to take them without even questioning it. The entire world is after you at this point and you just let some stranger inject you some unknown liquid. ESPECIALLY Melia with the super special golden injection just for her. I mean come on. Looks like it's gonna bite them in the ass like I expected. And yea I'm sure Crescent just died off screen. Totally believable.

Well at least your plugs aren't glitching out so I'm glad they didn't touch the important stuff.

First of all, what level are you since it should hit 355 speed at level 100. It hits 162 max at level 45 so I don't know what you're calcing but I can only assume your IVs are bad if you're not reaching the correct speed. If you don't know what IVs are go look it up online but it's basically the Pokemons genes and these affect stats. You can see your Pokemons EV and IVs if you view their stats and click the right arrow key again. 252/31 is what is should say if you want max speed. If you want help, tell me what these numbers are and what level your Pokemon is at. Also make sure it's actually dusk form.

If you can't resolve your problem in game, I suggest just swapping out the sprite names in the actual game files. I had a similar issue and that's what ended up working for me. Just go into the graphics folder, then the characters folder and find the player sprites the game is currently using for you. Find the ones you actually want and rename them to whatever the ones the game is currently using are called. That should work fine but you'd need to find all the different sprites like walking, biking, fishing, surfing back/front battle sprite for consistency. Even if you miss some, the character would just change while fishing (for example) and then revert right back so it's not that big of a problem.

I'm not sure regarding the relationship value but she asked me that even though I'm playing as a male. It's possible the points will still impact something whether the character is alive or not. It could affect a different characters dialogue/actions for example.
