Hmm. After the 9 appeared on the previous package, Saki's twitter retweeted a picture of Saki and (a presumably illusory) Risa hanging out - which happened to be the 9th post from that account. The account's 14th post is another picture:

Still not 100% sure if this is what the numbers are referring to, but it definitely seems like whatever happened/will happen with Saki and Red Visor Lady might be connected to the packages. Maybe Saki is the speaker in the highlighted text for this one?

I would disagree with this. It looks more like a skull in the background. At the very least it is a front view of something.

Ok, i'll take a shot at predicting the release date of v-13 based on what info we have. 19th of july is what I THINK is when v-13 is come out because we get a package every 5 days and based on the passwords there will probably only three packages.

I'm starting to think the gif in the background is some sorta Rorschach test with how many different and completely unrelated interpretations there are

A number has appeared on the second page and if you check when the first number appeared on the first puzzle, the meaning becomes fairly clear.

Okay, so taking the information of these two. going with what they are saying: We have three packages which have 9 and 14, which based on PulsarNyx prediction the 9 and 14 represent "i" and "n". Agreeing with PSFLeo that there is only 3 packages. I could guess that the third package will have 13 or "m". In which case it can be mixed to create NIM. But I could be totally wrong.

Though another of my own personal theory is that the next box will have 21, meaning we aren't getting the game until September 14th 2021.

We'll probably get the game this summer because two months for beta testing is way too much tbh, but who knows

I highly doubt they're giving a release date. That would either mean it's done and ready to release, in which case I'm not sure why they'd hold off for two months, or it's not done and they're unnecessarily giving themselves a deadline. Neither of those really make sense to me. And I might be totally off-base here, but I have a feeling they would've held off on doing these teasers until closer to the release if it really wasn't going to be ready for another two months. The fact that they've started posting them now makes me think they're reasonably confident that the game will be ready sooner rather than later. Again though, could be wrong.

Like they give a week early access, but you have to decipher a code to get it.

Looks cool, and it was pretty interesting to resolve. You did it quite beautifully and cleverly. I didn't even expect this a little.

This reminds me of when we were traveling with my friends in Germany and were sending each other packages with different riddles through https://www.postsendungsverfolgung.com/de/hermes-sendungsverfolgung.html. It was fun because all this was anonymous, and we didn't know from whom the box was. And then we met in the evening and discussed all this.
