Never used GraphicsGale, but I want to use it sometime soon! They say that it's a program specialized on spriting so it would definitely be easier to use than Paint.net. As for Victini, I'm not so sure which one I like the most. I think there are many colour schemes that can look good here with the black bodies, so I may try some other ones later.
