Hello N1Dude good job on grinding the ev’s of your mons! With the right IV’s and natures your experience in Reborn will well, not be totally hellish. So for suggestions, here’s my take on it: 1) Heracross (Mega) 2) Goodra - Since you seem to really like both of these mons, you should use them. It will be make the game more enjoyable for you. 3) Alolan Ninetales - Alolan Ninetales is a very formidable mon. I use it myself on my playthrough. Place her in your first slot to set up Aurora Veil with the ability Snow Warning then stack up on Nasty Plot. A very potent and threatening sweeper. 4) Electivire/Ampharos - Both are very good Electric type which can fill their roles efficiently. Electivire has the bulk and speed but kind of lacks offensively. While Ampharos can do many things. It can set up Electric Terrain which can change the field effects in battle to your favor. It has bulk, high spatk, and many coverage moves. However, lacks speed. 5) Swampert - One of the best starters in the game. Water/Ground typing leaves it to only one weakness which can be easily countered with an Ice type move (preferrably Ice Punch). Swampert also have great coverage moves, bulk, decent speed and if you ever need a backup Mega mon. 6) Charizard/Chandelure/Alola Marowak - These three mons have the typings you need to complete your team, a powerful fire type. I recommend Charizard mostly, since a Flying type would be very useful. Choose the one you like best among the three. I formulated this team with analyzing typings and the base power of the mon itself. All are powerful and equally balance each other. Heracross will be your Bug/Fighting and can also be Rock if it has Rock Blast. If your Goodra is a physical one, it can be Dragon, Steel (Iron Tail) and Grass (Power Whip). Electivire and Ampharos are electric types. A Ninetales Ice/Fairy and maybe Psychic (Extrasensory). Swampert Water/Ground and the least three for their remaining types. Hope this helps and goodluck!

A water type will complete your team efficiently. Suggestions: Milotic, Vaporeon, Lanturn and Slowbro.

Pokemon Gold! It was my very first game. Even now I still remember my team on that game. It was Magneton, Poliwrath, Graveler then Tyranitar, Haunter, Dragonite and ofcourse, Typhlosion. Then came the pinnacle, Pokemon Emerald. To this day it is my favorite Pokemon game and what really got me into Pokemon. I played Emerald so many times for more than I could count. My main team on that game consisted of Swampert, Minun, Gardevoir then Metagross, Salamence, Delcatty (yes it was my fave) and Aggron.

Luvdisc Give Alomomola as well. Better yet make Alomomola it’s evolution. Then give it another evolution. With the stats. Or maybe a mega perhaps? Another form?.... Or will it always be a broken heart?

These are the theories I've read in the forums that has insights with Lin and Shade.

I think that Shade's message doesn't correlate with the story anymore. Two souls were already taken, Kiki and Corey's. Amaria's event happened and she was unharmed and Lin's event hasn't transpired yet or never will be, considering her hollow body doesn't have a soul. Unless... his message can still be significant if.. Kiki's soul might have never been taken. Corey's soul was taken confirmed by Shade's Gengar named "Corey". Yet Shade wasn't present in Kiki's death. I maybe wrong, since taking of the soul basically means death. Corey and Kiki fills the bill. Conclusion, if by possible Amaria dies in the next episode.. Then two of those might still be alive or perhaps as you say, revived. But it is a long shot.

Victoria only really had good intentions and the determination to get stronger is there... but it lacks action. I guess my problem with her is that she isn't really much of a rival. In some ways she reminds me of Hugh in Black and White 2, where she rather acts as a comrade to aide you in your road to success and help you in every step of the way. There's nothing wrong with that, but I feel like she isn't that relevant anymore considering her build up from the beginning was good. Her protectiveness is overshadowed by her role as a roadblock because of how less her impact is. I like Victoria and her character, but the role she plays in the game is what upsets me. She has so much potential to grow even more. There are two episodes left, so there is still room for her to shine.

Let's talk about Victoria for a minute. Victoria for me, has the least amount of impact and personality in Reborn. She is our rival and yet, I find her to be that annoying friend that only holds you down while you continue to thrive. Most of the time she only blocks you in your progress as if that's her only job. When Reborn was rebuilt I hoped that she would improve even a little bit and she kind of did, but it fell short. She just continues to be a poor ally who lacks growth comparing with Fern and Cain and it just pains me slightly that she will never reach that point. I'm hoping that in E18 she will prove herself and have her moment because in all honestly, her character is bland and without significance whatsoever.

@andracass is on to something. I actually believe that the ending to all of Reborn points toward to Lin herself. There have been theories stating that Lin's actual or real physical form is her younger self trapped somewhere (presumably in Citae Arc-D'Astrae, the one who the voice over belongs to) and the Lin who presents herself to the MC is nothing but a hollow puppet. The mystery lies within there. It's fairly certain that Lin isn't actually normal perse. Her connection with Terra proves this as Terra can in fact, do things that defies the law of physics. So it all ties down to Lin. Who is Lin? What is Lin? What are her true motives? Could it be possible that we the MC have a history with her? Hrmmmmm... I also have some thoughts and I'm gonna weigh them down one by one so here it goes: The Luna Conspiracy While having a convo with Taka and whatnot on the Reshiram route, there was something he said that I've been thinking about till now. He stated that he was actually close with Luna and was kind of apologetic, saying that "she wouldn't be in that position if it weren't for me" (non-verbatim). Does this imply that whatever Taka was intended to for Luna, has now been passed on to Bennett? My speculation for this is that Luna needs a "male partner" or some kind. Only El could answer these questions... Episode 18 Sneak Peek Theory This has been talked about already on the forums but I'm also going to share it here. The person behind those quoted words in E18 might actually be Florinia. Florinia's robotic persona is rooted (in theory) to her history with Titania as speculated with the latter's words in Fiore Mansion during their reunion before the Team Meteor's ambush so the quoted words might be directed to Titania or possibly Amaria. This combining with the fact that she has been attacked by Sirius' Seviper, basically means she has a death flag. It's all just a theory so it might not be 100% legit but I really feel Florinia's time is almost up. E18 might also have the concluding confrontation of Fern and Florinia and this will lead up to Florinia's fate. Shade Okay, everything about Shade is a ????. He kind of acts as an overseer and watches over us like for example: warning us about the impending crash at the Train station and giving us his visions with the future deaths. There was a theory I read on the forums pertaining to the fact that he is actually the legitimate father of Anna and Noel and was the head boss of the Yureyu Corp. So far, I don't have a clue on his identity whatsoever. There are still so many questions in Reborn but I think those are for E18 once we get more clarification. Hopefully we'll get a chunk of info next ep and things will be given light to some mysteries. Theorizing really hypes up the waiting game for the next release!

I went back to that place after finishing V10 content so I may not be entirely sure, but I think you need the HM Strength and yes, 11 badges^

@quiter10 Ampharos is your best bet with this battle with it's move Electric Terrain. A Mareep can be captured in Jasper Ward. One strategy you can use is for Meowstic to set up Light Screen then spam Charge with Luxray.

King's Rock is given by Nana after you captured the "Emperor" on Evergreen Island. TM Calm Mind is not yet available.

Dedenne is okay but once you get further, switch it with Pichu for more offensive power. Since you are now in Route 2 and on your way to Amethyst Cave I presume, catch a Meditite. A good fighting type mon that is a great addition to your team.

Amethyst Grotto and Akuwa Town.

You have a well-rounded team with just the right mix of offense and defense. Imo I think your mons can get to the very end of the game with the right stats and movesets if you really want it to be your final team. Though I’ll also give you some tips if things get harder from here: - Two of your mons are non essential naming Noivern and Drapion. Noivern for me lacks offensive power and is sadly frail. Blaziken can effectively fill its role as a flying type with access to Brave Bird alone. Whereas with Drapion, a poison and dark type is not needed anymore considering you have Luxray (Crunch) and Blaziken (Move tutor Knock Off) and poison isn’t as important like the other types. With this, I also recommend the mons suggested above. Roserade as a powerful Grass/Poison type and for the last slot since you want a ground type, Diggersby. - Teach Lapras Blizzard. Blizzard is one of the most useful moves alongside Earthquake that can drastically change the course of field effects which is greatly helpful on your upcoming battles. - If you want a more balanced team, I suggest using Magnezone instead of Luxray and Gardevoir instead of Metagross. Both are one of the most OP mons of Reborn. Lastly, I recommend you EV train your team so they will be more stronger than they usually are and give them their fitting natures. Goodluck and have fun!
