Have a diverse Pokemon team. One helpful tip, sometimes the wild Pokemon that are near Gyms are the ones that are the most helpful to that gym battle. Example: Diggersby is effective against Corey and a Bunnelby can be caught (it's rare though) just beside Beryl Graveyard outside his gym.

..... these titles are really looking just exactly what they are, remakes. Remakes that comes with some notable features. Well, kind of expected it. Looks fun though! I'm still excited for this. It's a Pokemon game on the Switch nonetheless. I think I'll let anything Pokemon Let's Go related pass for now (don't even want to get started on the handholding..) since these games are catered for the youngins, newbies and go players. GF can do anything they want since this is the experimental phase of Pokemon Switch. I'll put my critique on hold until Gen 8 comes. -

I feel like whenever I watch a Death Stranding trailer my head, brain and body is one step closer to getting whooped in a psychiatric ward. This game is so interesting and delightfully star-studded I must say. Sony's titles are all top-notch this year.

Gen 4 overworld sprites, Gen 5 Pokemon sprites and Gen 7 battle animations. Based on what we're getting on Pokemon Let's Go, the graphisms of Pokemon are in for a brighter future I suppose. We're entering the era of HD and I couldn't be more happier.

I actually checked everything. Ultimately, everything what Reborn offers to Pokemon. Basically Reborn gave me the Pokemon game of my dreams. I think what I like most about it is the vast amount of effort put into innovation. Field effects, Custom shiny sprites, it’s sense of realism, the hard but fun difficulty, AI, animations, all of it was done 100% beautifully. It really is my favorite fan game, possibly of all time. Quite sad that a majority of people fail to appreciate those qualities because Reborn is overshadowed by it’s “edginess” or so they say. Hope they come to the light soon.

Finished the game just recently and in all honesty, God of War peaked the top of my expectations.

"The Wailing" and "Noroi: The Curse", I highly recommend. Both have very intriguing story plots which makes you really want to watch it and have 94358092 sleepless nights after.

They are all powerful so you should be good to go. Just change Sylveon's ability to Pixilate, for more fire power.

@Trufa Originally I was going to use Mismagius rather than Gengar (Imo because Mismagius is more well-rounded) but I love Gengar too much to replace it. I'm a sucker for the guy. I have him equipped with Wise Glasses so it can actually do work and yes it also had Destiny Bond before for the bosses but now I scratched it with Toxic. Ding ding ding! You got it right

Flannery wearing a yukata just screams Fennekin for me. Litten comes second, since Incineroar is pretty intimidating like Flannery herself get it

@Archeric HYPE @Trufa Prior to Titania, I always had a 6 member team and was rotating mons from the PC. Then when I got Gyarados (the very latest cadet), I began using only these five monstrosities because they were all I need and love. Your guess was close, but no. That’s because I already have a flying type which is my Ygar. My Gengar will also be my Grass type coverage when it has learned Energy Ball. So for my 6th slot, it’s reserved only for the little one that’s apparently lost deep within The Tanzan Cave. I’ll be rescuing it soon hopefully. Fingers crossed.

I know everybody is saying that we only get to fight one gym leader, but I hope we get to fight both Hardy and Saphira this episode. Since this episode is story driven, it’s just my wishful thinking. Oh and yes, I want the 6th member of my team badly so hello Rock Climb hope we stop playing hide and seek once and for all.

Apparently even Jan recieved a lot of hate in his emails too because of Rejuvenation and I’m willing to think that it’s the same for all fan game creators. I also read that some threatened to file a C&D to Nintendo like truth to be told, these 10 year olds needs to stop using the internet and go to school.

@Arys I only assumed because while Reborn is Gen 3 design wise, it’s not a very tutorial-esque of a game and so many has changed since Gen 3 apart from the wide-range added mons in the Pokedex that can maybe overwhelm the players who are only going back to Pokemon now. I apologize for my assumption.

@CodeCass It’s okay to stay with Starmie since it’s also strong but switching with Araquanid is also a good choice. Further along the game you can switch it with the most powerful water type in Reborn and that is in fact, Gyarados. Who can also be your flying type.

Gardevoir is the best contender of the bunch. You never go wrong with Gardevoir. Also because you lack a Psychic/Fairy type. Although later in the game if you would much prefer a Flying type, I highly suggest the one and only, Togekiss.

Gardevoir too. Also I recommend using Mismagius rather than Haunter/Gengar for more coverage moves namely the ones you are lacking (Magical leaf and Power gem) through move relearner. Also it can learn Nasty Plot, which is neat.

Venam and Amber perhaps? I wonder why Ren has a fire type now and Aelita has a flying type. Maybe they're not mono type trainers anymore.
