Sylveon with Pixilate Hyper Voice might be more useful. Drapion is good, but I think A-Muk will be more viable and bulky. Plus it has more powerful stab attacks (namely Gunk Shot and Knock Off).

You made a point there. I'm also leaning to the fact that Hardy will use doubles and start of with Lunatone and Solrock and set up Reflect and Light Screen right off the bat for defense. You're right about rock type needing to play hyper offensively. However those other rock types are classified as "bad" just because of their weaknesses and I think that doesn't define the goodness of a Pokemon. Almost all the stats, abilities and movesets of rock type mons are on point and if you cut off and remedy their limitations and weakness, they all could be used competitively. So it's still a matter of building the team from the ground up. I agree with some mons on your list, but some like Carracosta, Sudowoodo and Aurorus are all good pokes and Lunatone and Solrock are great in doubles. In Reborn though, we'll never know. One of the reasons why I'm excited to battle Hardy is I don't know what to expect from a rock type trainer being one of the last two leaders. So we'll just have to wait and see for ourselves if he's really a force to be reckoned with.

Maybe add Magnezone? It kind of looks like a ufo. Or a spaceship. Or a flying saucer. And it has three eyes. It's also a magnet.

Rock type has a lot of weaknesses, but it makes up for it with its raw, pure power. When you think about it, almost all rock types are powerful Pokemon. Coupled it with a field effect that is able to synergize with their respective moves, ability and type? They are a force. Hardy is one of the last two gym leaders for a reason. He also became the champion of the past Reborn league if I recall? Imagine? A ROCK type trainer was able to become champion. He may turn out to be easy (like in Amaria's case for some people) but I know he won't disappoint. I just really have this feeling that he'll literally throw my team to the trash.

These pictures have been surfacing the net and the original post was removed similar to the way the gen 7 starter's final evo leaks were taken down in various sources. They might be fake, but let's talk about them. We have 3 new ones who is speculated to be the starters for the new gen. Without further ado, here they are.

Yes it is since it learns Moonblast pretty early. If you tutor it with Pixilate Hyper Voice later on, it's a threat. Only down side to it is that it doesn't have good coverage moves to mons that resist Moonblast (I think Hidden Power is the best if you're lucky, considering Psychic and Shadow Ball TM is still unavailable). Also you have to be careful for powerful physical attackers, especially steel types.

I second that motion for Togekiss, great on offensive and if bred with Nasty Plot, fighting types are extinct. Sylveon would also be a great addition.

Crobat line doesn't learn Acrobatics by level up anymore. I suggest catching Hawlucha which is a strong flying type. Aromatisse can be good but fairly slow for Samson so I suggest obtaining a Clefairy instead. Also use mons that can use Acrobatics (if there is any), which is doubled on the field effect.

Amaria's gym really is beautiful (not as beautiful as Titania's though) and yes underrated mostly because everyone was dreading that puzzle. Yet I loved it especially with the song of the decade playing in the background. Finding her underwater was more of a pleasure than a hassle for me. I think it represents the Zekrom (Ideal) and Reshiram (Truth) logic clearly in Amaria's case. Like you said, you prefer the actions Amaria does in the Zekrom route. I think that is what Amaria represents ideally. She is calm, collected and understanding in the Zekrom route and of course she is more likeable there. Now in the Reshiram route, her actions and personality are more psychopathic and murderous and I think sadly, that is what represents her truthfully. Let me put it more bluntly, you said that Amaria's actions depended on the conversation between her and Titania but I think that's not the case at all. The fact that that she even DID those actions spoke very much of her character (in the Reshiram route) regardless of her depression. She tried to drown us and it might be due to mental illness, but it shows that she is CAPABLE of doing that. In other words, the truth is Amaria is not the person we thought of her ideally. For the routes, obviously everyone's opinion of them is 50/50 and I think that depends on their sole viewpoint on how they interpret this turn of events. Bottomline, this episode is short. We got this very vague plotline with no plausible conclusion and that made us a little bit nuts. So I know in E18 or E19 we will have a clear answer for both of these paths. So we will just have to wait and see.
