TL;DR edition:a bug with Garret is preventing me from continuing the game.Can somebody unstuck me? Game.rxdata Edit:Turns out soft reseting the game unstucked me and Rosetta accepted my chalenge afterwards

In Ep.15 after completing the Police sidequest you get a growlithe and an officer asks you to breed one for his buddy in exchange he offers the mystery egg.I was too bored to do this back then,but now in Ep.16 when i went back to the Police station to do this trade the officer doesn't give me that option anymore .What i want to ask is if i can somehow still do the trade or i lost my chance?I posted this in the ''Ask your E16 questions'' and i was told to post it here.I don't know if it is a bug or the conditions for this have changed Game.rxdata

Hello,i'm trying to trigger the no ID body sidequest and based from what i have been reading from the forums, i have to find Simon in the Beryl cem. then dive in the tanzan cove, interact with the body then talk to the fisherman on my east(if i am not mistaken i have to catch a whiscash and then something will happen) and then the i'm not sure what happens.However,i'm not able to locate simon neither at the graveyard nor at the peridot ward(i think that's the last step of the quest) and i was wondering if that is a bug or i'm not doing the right things to trigger the event.If it is the latter
