    Growlithe just broke from his egg. Neither of Growlithe's parents knew Close Combat. So how does Growlithe know Close Combat?

      @SilverHelio if you can go to the underground railway. you gotta find the key there to be able to use the move tutor

      The key should be in the underground railnet, you need to use rock smash on the walls. If you restored the railnet then it's in lost and found, you can access it from Peridot.
