    I think it’s time to stop. This sort of thing has never been in a Pokémon game and there is zero reason for people to be expecting it.

    You have to finish all of the neo Gearen sidequests as well.

    Nah there are more than enough dragon types available for a monotype playthrough (once you get past the first gym at least) there is no need to generate any. Although I wouldn’t suggest a monotype run if this is your first time playing a reborn style game.

    im in a box if you use the route 9 crystal after completing this quest and come to the past, you cant use it to leave again.

    As of v11 the highest level breeder is either on route 9 or in nightmare city, not exactly sure which.

    ignoring people saying Nancy was E8 cause we don't know anything about that When exploring Isha's notes as Lavender, if you check the patient records, one of them has a description that seems to match up with Deagan

    An important question is are you playing v9 or v11, as the current version is v11, where (to my knowledge) these bugs dont exist.

    I mean I guess I'll throw this under a spoiler even though it isn't really necessary

    On the subject of Tsareena/Bruxish countering Decimation, they don’t. Decimation has the built in Mold Breaker effect (same as Sunsteel Strike) so it ignores those abilities.

    I mean for those examples, that’s just how a bunch of games in general work, regardless of how active the protagonist actually is.

    The main problem I see with this is that you wouldn’t even have to carry hidden power to gain the benefit from the resist. You could run a completely normal move set on a Pokémon, like Ferrothorn for example, set its IVs so that it had HP Fire, and then have a Ferrothorn that could now shrug off some fire attacks while still being able to do everything it is normally capable of.
