By Typos would incorrect names count? if so Spoiler im fairly certain a good few conversations where Ren is being played by you he refers to you the character as Ren or others do (including at one point when you are hospitalized, right outside im sure he called me Ren, pretty much either im reading wrong or he called me Ren a good few times.

Accidentally skipped past the dialogue before I could screenshot it unfortunately. Also seconding Ren/Melia talking in the third person instead of using the player's name, that one caught me off guard.
